Bluegrass Bungalow es una casa de 3 dormitorios más literas / 3 baños convenientemente ubicada cerca del acceso a la playa de San Juan en Seagrove Beach. La casa está en un piso y admite mascotas para perros pequeños. Disfruta de la piscina privada climatizada, la gran terraza al aire libre y el amplio estacionamiento para hasta cuatro vehículos. Esta hermosa casa tiene muchas actualizaciones nuevas y es perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares inolvidables.

Bluegrass Bungalow tiene un plano de planta abierto con la sala de estar en el centro de la casa. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y está completamente equipada para el entretenimiento. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y área de escritorio. El baño principal tiene una bañera de jardín, ducha de azulejos separada y un gran armario. La sala de literas está justo al lado del maestro y tiene literas y un escritorio, perfecto para los niños o una oficina en casa. El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen, una cómoda grande y un baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo. La otra habitación tiene una cama matrimonial con cama nido doble y baño privado.

Instant Gratification house in Santa Rosa Beach

Great Location. Just a short walk to the beach! It was a plus to have a pool as well as the beach nearby. Clean house with plenty of room.

Very Gratifying

The house felt very warm and cozy. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and all cookware and dinner ware were very high quality. The pool and surrounding area were great. This was a great place to stay. The beach was only a 5 minute walk away or one could use the bikes provided. I would thoroughly recommend Instant Gratification.

Great Vacation

Very nice house with everything we needed and very clean. great location and very easy walk to the beach. We would love to go again and recomend the house to anyone. Kids loved the bikes and pool.

Very clean and nicely furnished, easy walk to the beach.

Quiet area with the exception of a little residential construction noise. We loved being a little off the beaten path. Nice area to walk our dog and to run. Blue Grass Bungalow was clean, well appointed and having a pool was an added bonus. Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurant's. Great family vacation, this would be a nice home to own.

This house has a very good location, only 5 minute walk to the beach. It was very clean, the pool in the backyard is perfect. One thing that didn't work; the jacuzzi tub. Overall it was an excellent place to spend the week!

Bluegrass Bungalow Getaway

We had a group of 5 adults and four kiddos. House is larger than it appears, clean, comfy furniture, and we spent so much time in the backyard enjoying the pool and patio. The beach is a short walk and it is close to handicap beach ramp if you need it. I did for our beach wagon! Thanks for a great vacation!

A great property that's well maintained, comfortable, and convenient. My only critiques are not accepting cash and that the bed situation was not as stated in the description. I I am certain the beds were changed at some point and simply by oversight, the description not updated, but that did cause a small issue figuring out sleeping arrangements.

Family wedding trip

My mom and aunt and I stayed at this wonderful home for a family wedding that was in the area. We were so happy to find a place with a private pool and where we could bring our dog. The home was just perfect. The layout was great for our group, it was super clean and incredibly comfortable and met all our needs. The location was ideal for us, just off the business of 30a and very close to the grocery and loads of restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and our stay at this wonderful property. I’d highly recommend this home!! We hope to return one day!

Great Beach Home!!!

Bluegrass Bungalow definitely met all or our expectations. Plenty of room to accommodate 3 adults and 2 kids. Having a private pool was an added bonus to take a dip in after a long and fun day at the beach. Convenient access to the beach (only a 2-3 minute walk down the street). The only thing missing were some rocking chairs for the porch to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. Location was very convenient to biking into the neighboring towns of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Will definitely be staying at Bluegrass Bungalow again in the future.

Great house and management!

House was awesome! It was the perfect size for me and my family. Distance to the public beach entrance was easily walkable, no need for a golf cart unless you have really small children. Unfortunately the pool was damaged in a storm prior to our arrival. The Management team was accommodating and gave us a fair compensation for the inconvenience. I would recommend to replace the grill, it was in pretty bad shape.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is in a good location but sits down and when it rains water puddles everywhere. There were several items that needed fixing up in the home. Yard needed weeds pulled and a lot of pressure washing around the pool, front door etc...

Excellent location and great property!

The house looks to have been recently remodeled. They did such a good job that I couldn’t tell if it was new construction. The pool is small but perfect for our family. The heater didn’t work but it was only weeks after a hurricane had come through and flooded the area. The only way I knew is a neighbor told me. Kitchen is nice and set up with almost anything you’d need. Grill outside is propane and full. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bunks are attached to the master. The location is 1.5 blocks walking distance to the beach. The public access is down about 20 so plan accordingly (we took a wagon the first day). Lots of dining options and a Publix is just a few miles away. Overall, we’d come back to this area and we’d stay here again.

This is our second property from Oversee management, and they are terrific. They accommodated an early check in, the place was very clean, and they are on top of any issues that arise. The pool is very nice, much larger than in the pictures. The house is close to the beach, though with small kids and carrying things it’s still a little walk. The downside to this property is the street it’s on is kind of blah. The beach access is public so it was crowded. The property is heavily rented so there were a bunch of little issues with things broken or not working properly. It wasn’t a big deal, and the management co offered to fix while we were there, but with Covid we declined. We enjoyed staying here. We’d definitely stay again, though we’d probably check out other options first.

Oversee is the best rental company & Bluegrass was good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience with Oversee. Our fridge in the rental broke exactly as over $300 in instacart groceries were in route. Oversee jumped on the problem and had a new fridge in our rental within hours & even brought ice to hold us over until then! We couldn't believe it. Then the gate to the pool didn't lock right - oversee sent someone over and had it fixed in under 60 min. We were blown away.Bluegrass Bungalow is great and we loved the location. Fully stocked kitchen, clean, nice layout. Only minor feedback for the owners is the pool area could use a spray for mosquitos. Pack lots of bugspray and you should be just fine.

April 2021 Stay

The house was clean and larger than we expected. The location was great .... a bit off the beaten path tucked away for privacy but only a few minutes away from all of the action. And the 4 minute walk to the beach was great! We will definitely consider staying here again.

We had everything we needed. Only a five minute walk to the beautiful beach we felt very lucky to have been in such an awesome location. Beds were very comfortable, pool heater worked, Oversee replaced out bikes right away (1 was a little wonky). If I had to say anything it would just be to add some some lighting in the backyard by the table and grill so we could grill easier but other than that truly a great time and great stay. We will absolutely be back!
