Fenced in yard with your own boat ramp for jet skis or canoes. Property has 50 ft of dock to accommodate large boats. Minutes from grocery stores, church, restaurants, bars, John Pennekamp coral reef park, and other water sports.
2 minute boat ride to watch the sunset on the bay. Best time of the day.

Recently retired couple living in Miami. We enjoy boating, camping, and traveling. We love the beautiful sunsets, wonderful seafood restaurants and numerous activities in the area. Now that our kids have grown up; we are traveling more and we are renting the property when we are not using it and during the winter season. "I rented this home for three months during the winter/spring and had an incredibly positive experience. The location is excellent- quiet at night but also close to fun bars and restaurants. The house is extraordinary clean and well appointed. The A/C blows cold (more important than I initially realized in the keys) and there is a lovely shaded area under the house to relax and get out of the sun. The owner Raul was fantastic to work with and went out of his way to accommodate us on a couple of our requests. We loved the time we spent in key largo and I wish I could give more than five stars!

The house is very comfortable inside and out. The outside area is ample in size with a lot of covered space.
Location is fabulous, less than an hour from Miami and worlds away from the hustle and bustle. The best neighbors on a quiet street. The Florida keys at your disposal, every island south of us has something different to offer. Located on the bay side, sunset watching is a favorite pastime. World famous Pennekamp coral reef park is only 3 mi. away, for diving, snorkeling, fishing, swimming etc.
Bars and restaurants are good and plentiful and they serve fresh local seafood if that's your preference.
