This is an elegant vacation rental located within the Las Catalinas Development! This cottage-style home has been nicely decorated, it has plenty of natural light. It offers you a spacious common area in which the kitchen and living rooms are integrated, to make it easy for a family or friends to have a great time together. The living room has a 55 inches TV with cable and a sofa perfect for a chat, a glass of wine, or a movie. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen and a huge island so you can cook with ease, it also has upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. On this floor, there's a half bath, washer, and dryer.

Outside you'll enjoy a pool and there is a table set for 8 people, where you can enjoy any meal or chill out at night. Rely on high-speed internet in case you want to watch a movie or even attended a meeting.

Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king-size bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, cabinets, and a closet with enough room to make you feel in your own room at home. There are 3 guest bedrooms 2 of them with a king-size bed and one with a queen and a twin, all of the rooms with their own bathrooms for your convenience. This property sleeps up to 9 guests, comfortably on upgraded mattresses, and soft linens.

We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, kayak, Longboard surf, and boogie boards also complimentary amenities such as basic spices like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee/tea, and also soap, and shampoo.

Las Catalinas is committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust. Thank you for your understanding.
