Enjoy a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk, and a futon. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and the open living area features a TV. Park your car (1 spot) and walk to all the fun Seaside has to offer!

- Guaranteed 1 Parking Spot on a first come first served basis you can be in one of the 3 spots on the driveway of the home, if you are assigned a parking pass, that parking pass only works for Franklin Ave between Boulevard and Central Ave. Other locations we are not liable for tickets

Very nice property close to the boardwalk. It was clean and had all amenities needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms were a good size. The property manager was great and very responsive to all of our questions!

Review of unit 2 specifically:Pros: in-person check in was convenient, it was close enough to the beach/boardwalk, the host was attentive to our complaints, linens, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap were provided, grocery store located 1.5 miles away Con’s: there were no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels or bathing suits on, there was no closet access in one bedroom, the metal bunk beds were very noisy, the walls were thin and there was no carpet or curtains to absorb sound so you could hear the renters in the other units snoring, walking, talking, etc., the lack of curtains caused the bedrooms to become very bright at sunrise (we hung our beach towels and blankets over the windows to try to sleep in past 6 am),

Thank you for your feedback — I genuinely appreciate hearing from guests. That said, I was surprised to receive this review several months after your stay, especially as I make myself readily available during every booking. My number is always shared, and I actively encourage guests to call or message with any issues so I can resolve them in real time. I truly want every guest to have the best experience possible. To clarify a couple of points: the unit does have blinds, though they are not blackout. I understand preferences differ, and I’ll be looking into installing blackout curtains based on your suggestion — though some guests do prefer natural light. It’s always a balance, but I’m happy to adapt where I can. As for noise, this hasn’t been a common concern across over 500 stays, so it may have been a unique situation or related to personal sensitivity. If I’d known at the time, I would have gladly looked into a solution. I work hard to provide a responsive, guest-first experience — unlike many hosts who are hard to reach. A 3-star review is tough when concerns weren’t brought up during the stay, especially ones I could have addressed. In the future, I truly encourage open communication with any host — it makes a big difference for both sides. Wishing you all the best in your future travels,

Easy beach getaway

Highlights: close to beach, comes with a parking spot and 4 beach passes, has a small kitchen and full-sized frig. Could use improvement: the checkin process requires in-person meeting, so there’s a need to coordinate- manager was great at answering texts though. The kitchen needs a bit more attention if you are really going to cook (dish towel, oven glove, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, paper towels maybe?). That said, we did successfully cook. Bed spread had questionable stains…. Overall it did what it needed to do and I’d use it again.
