Enjoy a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk, and a futon. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and the open living area features a TV. Park your car (1 spot) and walk to all the fun Seaside has to offer!

- Guaranteed 1 Parking Spot on a first come first served basis you can be in one of the 3 spots on the driveway of the home, if you are assigned a parking pass, that parking pass only works for Franklin Ave between Boulevard and Central Ave. Other locations we are not liable for tickets

Stayed here in August with my husband and daughter.Pros:-Location was close to beach/boardwalk-Quiet location-Beds were comfortable-Was able to save money on buying breakfast and lunch by having fridge and kitchen with available cooking pans/utensils-Did not hear any of the other people in the complexCons-Street parking was only available when arrived. Parking was fine until the weekend. We did not want to move our car because there was no parking spots on the block- Was clean except air vents. There was dust on the wall from that and was not cleaned- No privacy on deck. There was always the people next door hanging out on the deck or leave the shade open since window is directly in front of the stairs everyone uses-Because we did not open that shade, we found it dark in the apartment and not enough lighting.-If planing to cook, bring your own cooking spray, and seasonings as kitchen is bare minimum-Futon is uncomfortable for sitting and watching tv. -Apartment is small and I can not see more than 2 adults and 2 children in it.Overall it was ok and but it may be better for someone else who is used to hotel/motel style locations. Next time I will research on a better fit for our family

Great stay, details were true to website, only issue was the last residents/host did not take out their trash before our stay so we had to deal with it immediately upon arriving

Great for small groups

Property is well taken care of. Beds included are a good size. Owner was able to accommodate to our late check in time as well. Definitely a tight squeeze for six people, but very comfortable if you had 4. Main issue was we were given one roll of toilet paper for our 4 day stay and no paper towels. However porch was lovely and area was a safe and easy walk to the beach!

Basic and clean property that is close to beach businesses. Make sure to pack some coffee if you are a first-thing-in the-morning coffee drinker

Seaside Heights Good place to stay

The unit is clean, recently updated, not far from the boardwalk. It is 2nd floor with no outside seating area, but other than that very good place to stay.

Clean Place, great host, close to the beach

Was the perfect place for me my wife my mother and child. We were a short distance from the beach/boardwalk. The place was very cozy and very family friendly so no loud parties and no one making crazy noise. The host was great as well. Will try and stay here again if available!
