Esta atractiva cabina es una casa de 3 niveles, 2,400 pies cuadrados, con una gran terraza en el frente que ofrece excelentes vistas, una terraza privada en la parte posterior con una nueva bañera de hidromasaje. Hay 2 salas de estar separadas, ambas con chimeneas con la sala de estar principal inundada con luz natural desde los grandes ventanales, 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos. La suite principal cuenta con una cama king-size y baño privado con bañera profunda. Otras habitaciones incluyen camas tamaño queen, de tamaño completo con literas y camas supletorias con cama extraíble y futón. ¡Siéntate y relájate junto a dos chimeneas de gas o al televisor de pantalla plana con satélite! Esta casa también cuenta con aire central, parrilla de gas, sistema Nintendo y hockey de mesa. También tiene acceso al garaje para 1 automóvil para guardar sus motocicletas, vehículos todo terreno, motos de nieve o vehículos y disfrutar del área de estacionamiento alrededor de la cabina para sus otros vehículos. They answer any questions you have and are honest. Now to the house the house was beautiful clean and plenty of space. Yes there was a couple things wrong but it did not affect our stay at all.

We would love to rent it again next year if some interior improvements have been made. The leather love seat couch in the main living area was broken. The cloth couch in the main living room has the upholstery ripping off. The bar stools were falling apart in the kitchen and one was held together with black tape. Several light bulbs were out and rooms were dark. The hide a bed in the basement was broken. There were two grills on the deck, but only one works.

Pub Crawl Stay

The host was quick to respond and gave us clear check-in and check-out instructions. There are three separate levels and it is gorgeous. We stayed for pub crawl and it was easy for us to get taxi’s to and from. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our group. There was plenty of towels and extra blankets for us to use. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Nice cabin

Nice cabin. No firepit outside. Working the tv was confusing since there were no instructions left. Thermostat was weird and hard to set.

Beautiful mountain lodge

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. There was plenty of room for 6 adults, and we watched wildlife every morning and evening from the deck. When road construction caused a water problem, the owner/manager was quick to respond with suggestions.

Great place other than no air conditioning for 3 days. Great spot nice views out the windows and off the deck. The speed bumps on road were bad. Would stay there again in the future though.

Beautiful location but the worst stay! Read on a head the warning!

We contacted Budi Kusser (Black Hills Adventure Lodging is the property mgmnt company) multiple times with our concerns, she told us we should go stay elsewhere and blew us off. Prime vacation season with a group of 9, finding last minute lodging was not an option; we were stuck. We took pics & documented everything so we would not get blamed. All this left over from previous occupants: Tin of chew, old food in both fridges, underwear & shorts, deodorant, empty chip bag under bed. The house was not at all cleaned & not cared for it was so gross; feces on toilet, broken indoor and outdoor furniture, arms stuck to the dining table, not vacuumed, sheets didn't fit beds, grills so dirty we wouldn't use, TV remotes didn't work, locks on bathroom doors didn't work, hot tub not maintained & ready for use. Before booking this location, read the YELP reviews! We wish we would have read the reviews because we would absolutely not have booked this property. Budi Kusser and the property mgmnt company have a laundry list of issues! There are so many pages of complaints in the guest notebooks left in the house as well.

Great view and location for SXS riding

Great location for SxS snowmobile or skiing. Roomy place great for several couples or a few families. Check in and communication was top notch. We would stay again.

ok stay, could use some maintenance

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the stay was ok, great location to deadwood. Property needs some general maintenance. There was an awful sewer gas smell throughout the cabin. After filling all the drains with water it seemed like it improved after filling the garage floor drains on the second day. The hot tub lid was torn in half and a major pain to get on and off. Ceiling fan did not work. Kind of funny people in the guest book noted fan did not work since 2020. Clean towels were left unfolded piled up on the basement couch on our arrival.

Winter Adventure

The experience in the Black Hills was amazing! The house was a great place to stay. We did an adventure every day and it was nice to come home each night to a house that felt like home each night, warm and welcoming. There was space for everyone to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. Highly recommended.

A wonderful family stay

Beautiful Property, perfect for ATVing

This property was very clean and stocked very well with all the essentials you would need. We were a group of 13 riding ATV and it was nice that we could hit the trails right from the property. There is also an SXS rental, campground, and small restaurant about 2-3 minutes from the property. Definitely would recommend. Communication was excellent with the property manager. Very prompt.

The Outpost!

We loved the closeness to the town of Lead as we got groceries and loaded upon gas for our daily motorcycle rides. The place was a little dusty and one bed ha da old mattress and I got the short straw on that one and have a bad back.

Great Family Location

Great location and the house was great. If you have a large family and need a place close to Lead/Deadwood, I would highly recommend. Property didn't have toilet paper or garbage bags upon arrival, but the property owner was quick to stop by and replenish.
