This property is exceptional in several ways. While most properties in the area only have three bedrooms, we accommodate larger groups with an extra bedroom, a second living room, and multiple seating areas on the back patio. We designed it for our dual-family vacations as a place to connect and make memories in abundance. Pool Heat is available for $40 per day, with a minimum of 3 days.

Cute home, loved the outdoor fireplace, close to everything. For us several things stood out with 3 children - the sliding doors to the pool didn’t lock and the house is located on a busy road.

This property was excellent! Very quiet area. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking essentials. The grill was great. We enjoyed the pool area very much spending most days there. The canal was beautiful. My son used the paddleboard a few times. Beautiful sunsets. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the area. We absolutely loved our time there.

This rental had everything you could ask for! The kitchen was large and well-stocked, all the bedrooms were clean and well decorated, and the pool and canal views were incredible! Can't wait to book again!

From the moment we walked into the house, we were pleased with everything! The house was exactly as listed. The kitchen was well stocked and had all of the appliances and utensils we needed to cook a few meals for 8 people. The view of the inlet from the backyard and lanai was perfect. The pool was very nice, but, even after we paid to heat it, it never heated up.

90th birthday celebration

Perfect place for a family get together for our mom’s 90th birthday. We were the central meeting place for the entire group, although only 7 stayed at the house. The open floor plan was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated. It was a special weekend that I know my mom will never forget.

Staycation

We had a great little family staycation. The home was very clean and spacious. Everyone had their own room/bed. The beds were very comfortable too. The pool and patio area is set up for entertaining and if you are staying with your boat, there’s a nice dock and short ride to excellent fishing spots and fisherman’s village. We took our boat to have dinner and fished over the weekend. It was a very relaxing, fun filled getaway.

Great Labor Day stay

Wonderful canal front home. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Our Family really enjoyed the pool and paddle boarding from the dock. Fisherman’s village was nice and close. We had great dinners at the restaurants there. Hope to return one day. Thank you for sharing your home.

A Beautiful Home and Great Location

We stayed 6+ weeks and the home offered everything we needed. The large kitchen and outdoor living area were ideal. The SW facing back offered amazing views. The home owner was extremely responsive to our inquiries during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Great location!!! Great property!!

We stayed for an extended period of time and the house did not disappoint. We felt very comfortable. very safe. and loved that everything was SO close. We could walk to fisherman's village and even to downtown. Julie was great about answering our questions right away and handling any issues that came up during our stay. The pool area was wonderful - great outdoor space and plenty of room for our group of 8.

Large Home - Great Stay

The property has a lot of offer. Large home with 4 bedrooms. Ample living space in between bedrooms. Nicely decorated and very modern. Perfect for a large family or group to spread out. The pool and lanai area are fabulous. SW facing for plenty of afternoon sun. Close to the action including Fishermans Village which is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive.

Family get together for Mom's 90th Birthday

Very lovely home. We had a great time. Would have loved to stay longer if we had the time. Everyone loved the pool and congregating around it. Convenient to all areas of Punta Gorda and we became the gathering place for most of the family reunion. The only negative would be the coffee maker leaked and had no option to keep coffee warm for later risers.

Comfortable Punta Gorda

Great house located close to all of Punta Gorda. Just a few minutes from just about anywhere in town, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The home is furnished ina very comfortable fashion that makes you feel at home. We also appreciated the decor which makes it feel like a home, not a hotel. Plenty of space to comfortably enjoy your trip with a decent sized family as the areas are a little broken up instead of one big open concept space that gets noisy. Situated at the end of a canal,.the home offers beautiful views and privacy at the same time!
