Step back into time in this uniquely Mid-Century Modern designed and decorated 2-bedroom "garden level" apartment central to everything in and outside of Denver. The apartment has it's own separate entrance, lots of natural light and plenty of room to sleep, relax and cook while you plan your next Colorado outing. Minutes away from Empower Field at Mile High Stadium, Downtown Denver with Coors Field, Elitch Gardens, Union Station, Ball Arena and the Convention Center, and just a short drive to Boulder, Colorado Springs and all of the nearby mountain towns. Don't wait to start your next adventure...come enjoy 300 days of Colorado sunshine! Also, for a little nostalgia and fun, there's a vintage looking record player in the living room. Feel free to bring your favorite vinyl record or make use of the records I provide.
*As stated in my profile, we live above the apartment, so when we are here, we will be available to assist in any way that we can. Also, we do have a sweet Goldendoodle named "Mojo" who is very friendly with everyone he meets.

Such a smooth and easy check in and out process. Love the laundry pods, location, shower, make-up towels and popcorn provided for us. Unit was roomy for us. Very quite and nice neighborhood took 15-20 to get anywhere we wanted. Host responded quickly with questions I had. I appreciate it that. Over all such a great experience PS beds are so comfort & soft and plenty of hot water something I’m not used to with a lot traveling I do.

Great location, great host

This place is clean and cozy with super comfortable beds. The location is awesome, easy access to downtown, freeways, etc. lots of food nearby. We recommend the quesabirria tacos at Tarascos, excellent! The host was awesome, polite, accurate, and super responsive. Overall, outstanding.

Comfy beds. Good location. Quiet neighborhood.

Great host with excellent communication. Comfy beds & pillows. It's located in the basement so don't let the "cottage house picture" deceive you. Limited window views but bright lighting creates a cozier feeling. TINY BATHROOM, with very nice updated fixtures. Good Wi-Fi access. Back door entry only. Several steps down into accomodations.

3 adults were very comfortable, the apartment is exactly as described. Very quiet and close many local restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues. I would stay here again.

We had a Great Stay. The place was clean and comfortable. We were out and about mostly of our trip, but it was easy access and had everything we needed. The host was on top of everything and made sure we were always taken care of. We would definitely stay again.

Close to downtown and very clean!

We stayed at this vrbo during our move to catch a Rockies game for the night. We messaged Christy to accommodate for our U-Haul and she was very helpful and responsive! This place was very clean and feels private regardless of being in the lower level. Would recommend to anybody not wanting to stay downtown with only a short Uber ride to downtown Denver. Thanks again for the short vacation during our move!

Great place to stay

The place was great with great kitchen (although small), hot water, great beds, and washer and dryer. WE LOVED IT. Remember that you are staying below the host but we did not hear anything and there is a lovely doggie to pet. We were working most of the daylight hours so we did only used the flat for sleeping, eating and showers, etc.. But we were comfortable. The only thing I would change would be access to the back yard for cocktails and relaxing after a long day teaching. The host offered that later but we were at the end of our stay.

Tidy, convenient, private apartment.

This is a two bedroom basement apartment under the main living space in the host’s house. It is very private and it was very close to the relatives we were visiting. It is about four blocks from a fantastic and large park. We enjoyed our stay and will come again.

Inaccurate listing

In this space you will share a home with the owner, the walls are thin and everything can be heard from downstairs. There’s a door where the owner can walk right into your space with no lock on it, therefore whoever is in their space can easily access your space. We didn’t end up staying even 1 night here because of it. There is nothing cozy or comforting about that at all. Although we didn’t stay, we were refunded for 2 nights and a cleaning fee even though the reservation was for 5 nights. Owner communicated well with us but made sure it was our problem that none of these details were in the listing and that it’s our problem she would be out of her money since we didn’t stay and requested a refund. This is 100% a hostel and not a VRBO.

Delightful Denver Getaway

Lovely downstairs apartment, equipped with full amenities, and conveniently located near parks, the mountains, and downtown Denver. Booked this for my parents, who wanted to stay close-by our house. Clean, quiet, and the host was exceptionally communicative. Would not hesitate to recommend for anyone looking for a Denver location that is short walk from amazing restaurants, and a quick drive to most anywhere else

My name is Christy, and we moved to Denver from Florida about 12 years ago. Once we got here, we never looked back! We truly love everything that this city has to offer from downtown adventures to paddle boarding, hiking, camping, snowboarding, sports and the live music scene. We are rarely home, but when we are, we take advantage of all the fun things Denver and the mountains have to offer. We live above the apartment, so when we are here, we will be available to assist in any way that we can. Also, we do have a sweet Goldendoodle named "Mojo" who is very friendly with everyone he meets. I am also a real estate agent, so if you are considering a move to Colorado, I'd be happy to answer questions about the market or neighborhoods in Metro Denver or surrounding areas.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love where we live because we are so close to all the things we love to do the most. If you want to be central and have access to the easiest route to the mountains or you just want to hop on over to Red Rocks Amphitheater, downtown Denver or the football stadium, it's all within a 15 minute drive. Not to mention, the easy access to 6th Ave, I-25 and I-70 within minutes from the apartment.
