Casa De Chill - Quiet 4 BR w/ Golf Course and Partial Ocean View

Welcome to Casa De Chill where your family will enjoy a spacious home on the Ocean Point Golf Course on Fripp Island. In a short golf cart ride you will have access to a picturesque private beach, swimming pools, multiple restaurants and two golf courses. After a day in the sun, spend the evening relaxing on the deck or sitting by the fire pit complete with a partial ocean view. The house includes luxurious linens, smart TVs and all of your beach supplies.

Reservations completed through September 30, 2024 will include a 6 seater golf cart. For reservations after this date, please contact the host for availability of a golf cart.

Fripp Island Amenity Cards are available for purchase. Guests MUST purchase these if you want to access the Fripp Island Resort pools, tennis courts, restaurants, & the two championship golf courses. Amenity cards must be purchased through us for guests 13 and older. Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort has set the amenity card fee as follows:

The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring.

The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring.

Please note, effective February 2023, Fripp Island Resort will assess a 12.8% Resort Fee in addition to the cost of the Amenity Cards for Guests that wish to access the Resort Amenities. The Resort Fee will be calculated on the Nightly Rental before taxes, fees and amenity cards.

Chilling at the Casa

Casa de Chill was such an enjoyable place. House was stocked with all the necessities, kitchen was packed w all the accessories and house was in a very, very quiet place of the neighborhood. Deer were a plenty, wildlife was overflowing and it was a nice view of the golf course. We would absolutely rebook if opportunity presents itself.

Family Weekend

We had a WONDERFUL weekend. The house was AWESOME very clean, comfortable beds. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and watching the deer on the deck and in the evening we enjoyed just hanging out on the deck and watching the deer again. Our grandkids thought it was AWESOME that the deer would come right to them . We had everything we needed and more . We will definitely be back . Archer was always very quick to respond to any questions we had . We would definitely recommend staying here .

Great Getaway

Host was always quick to reply with questions before our stay. Quiet neighborhood and we loved the hassle free golf cart that came with the property. Checking in & out was a breeze. Loved having the additional icemaker & the host had provided basics like kitchen sponges, storage containers for food, spices, well stocked kitchen supplies, towels & bedding (that was very much appreciated). Backyard had deer on the golf course that was fun to watch and the only gators we saw were a few streets over. We even had a beautiful osprey in the tree over our back porch. A 10 minute golf ride away was ice cream at night and the activity center was only a few minutes drive from that where the kids tie dyed T-shirts. A great time.

Go Chill at Casa De Chill!

10 out of 10 would recommended to anyone that will listen. I've never stayed at a property with more accommodations and attentiveness from the property owner. He answered any question I had promptly. Check In and Check out were a breeze. Fripp Island is amazing and the property it self was perfect for my group and I can't wait to book again. Ease of access to the beach, golf, restaurants with golf cart waiting for your arrival is a game changer.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Chill. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was quick to help us resolve an issue with the golf cart. The location isn't super close to the beach, but we actually liked that because we like being away from crowds and our girls enjoyed being able to ride in the golf cart to get to where we needed to go. The house was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you needed. There were plenty of towels too (we've stayed at places that gave you one towel/washcloth for an entire week). This was our first time visiting Fripp and we'll definitely be back.

Great for a smaller group

The property have been remodeled and upgraded. Very clean and open. Relaxing place to stay. Amazing back deck to sit out in the evening and hang out with the deers. Host was easy to contact, quick response with text.
