Beachside Dream is in St. Petersburg about two miles away from Madeira Beach and other local beaches! Centrally located, you will also be close to everything (i.e., Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, local restaurants, grocery shopping, etc.). This modern mid-century home has been completely renovated! It features private outdoor jacuzzi hot tub with a waterfall under a shaded gazebo w/ bar seating, a large fenced-in yard, a wood-burning fire pit, outdoor games, screened in lanai, and plenty of outdoor amenities to enjoy the famous Sunshine State weather. Peaceful family neighborhood with bike trails nearby on the local Pinellas County Trail.

Early Check-in or Late Checkout:
If possible l it will be granted at a $15 per hour charge.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful clean house with everything you could need, We loved hanging out in the backyard and in the hot tub. Short distance to everything we wanted to do. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay again

Loved our vacation!

The property had everything to make you feel like you were home. Sarah was so responsive to questions and she really thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and easy. My family enjoyed the hot tub and the lanai. The location was convenient to shopping, beaches, and the Pinellas Park bike trail.We loved it and hated to leave!

Great place to stay

Had a great time in Florida. House is centrally located close to the beaches. The only issue we had we couldn't find the remote to one of the bedroom ceiling fans. Other than that couldn't ask for a better stay. Would love to come stay again

Great Property

Sarah was really great at communicating and helping us with everything that was needed- there were a couple of issues (outside of anyones control) that popped up and she was immediately “on it”. We would definitely stay here again- the location was perfect on every level!!

It was a nice, comfortable little house. With everything you'd need. We had a problem figuring out how to use the jacuzzi and she helped us very quickly! We would stay here again.

Ideal home away from home!

Great neighborhood, well furnished, nice fenced in backyard, very well supplied inside home for our needs and comfort. Location of home made it very easy to get around to shop, etc. We are so happy that we found this home on line and enjoyed the area of good restaurants ( best pizza at Brooklyn Pizza) and met many nice people that we will always remember! Everything you could ask for

Had everything you could think of to be comfortable. Really enjoyed the back yard and the clean updated house. Would definenlty stay here again. Also, owners were very helpfull when we needed anything. Had tons of games in the garahe and we loved the jacuzzi. Only thing I could say to make this stay better is to warn people when you lock the front door via the keypad, it arms the home alarm.

Wonderful Vacation

We had one of the best vacations at this place. The house was beautiful, updated and spotless. Nice beaches only minutes away. We enjoyed the biking and hiking in the morning, and the bikes were provided. You can tell that the owners put love and care into this home, with everything thought out; including amenities, supplies, games, and all the cooking essentials. The hosts went out of their ways to make sure we feel right at home. The communication was awesome. Thank you, Sarah and Clark. We would definitely come back again.

Spacious

Upon the main entrance, it's a beautiful living room area that was able to accommodate my family perfectly, my older son brought his Xbox, but didn't have to as there was a PS4 that he enjoyed while we were there. We had a lot of fun shooting pool (mini sized) in the garage. The lanai was beautiful and it really did keep the bugs out. The host Sarah, was very quick about texting me prior to arriving. I did not have to contact her the entire time we were there as everything went smooth I was there for my daughter's wedding. She got married on treasure Island, and this location was only a 10 minute drive to the Tahitian where the wedding venue was. Truly this location was close to beaches. My family and I felt so comfortable here we did not want to leave. Lol. I would extremely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be near beaches and uncomfortable place to relax. Thank you so much Sarah!!

Great vacation house!

The house is beautiful, exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the hot tub and the nearby walking trail/fitness loop. Owner very responsive when we had trouble with the kitchen sink and had it fixed within no time! Would recommend highly!

As an adventure enthusiast, I would like to offer my guests a fun experience by providing suggestions for fun places to go and eat, beach amenities, fun games, SUPs and bikes.

We put a lot of love and hard work in remodeling both Beachside Dream and Beach City, to make it into a relaxing and fun place to stay for the whole family. We added child proof outlets throughout the house, so that your little ones are safe. We also offer a portable fire alarm for the hearing impaired. We truly hope to enhance your vacation by providing everything you need during your stay and all the supplies you need for a fun day at the beach.
