Embodying everything your heart can conjure when dreaming upon the perfect lakefront vacation, this 3500 sq ft Grand Dame of the Poconos, with its stunning lake views in every direction, fresh off a complete remodel, is being offered to the public for the very first time. From hot tubs, hammocks, kayaks & other peaceful places to relax, to game and groovy rooms meant for social shenanigans and fun, this mid-century beauty on the lake will be the talk of friends and family for years to come!

The Space:
With 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 sunrooms, a kitchen & a kitchenette, a game room, laundry room and of course the stunning living/dining room, this home has it all. But that's just the inside. Outside you'll find a beautiful patio, a deck complete with a fire table, bbq, and beverage cooler. Then there's an amazing new hot tub, a firepit, water toys/boats, hammocks and loungers. You're also just a short swim, walk or paddle to the beach where there is swimming, a fishing dock, cornhole, bocce ball, tetherball, picnic tables and more. The community also boasts 2 swimming pools, tennis, basketball, & volleyball courts and a soccer field. Access to all amenities is included. The Lady is also cental to all that's best in the Poconos. The house is within half an hour to amazing hiking trails and waterfalls, Bushkill Falls and the Delaware Water Gap, Camelback & Shawnee ski & summer areas, factory outlet shopping, Pocono raceway, Mt. Airy casino, waterparks, and the historical downtowns of Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg with great dining options and shops!

The entire home and all features of the community

The Neighborhood:
Lakefront home in a gated mixed residential and vacation home community. Streets are walkable. The beach next door is open to all within the community and closes at 10pm.

Other Things to Note:
The home lies within a gated community and requires that all guests register to receive access. Parents with young children should be cautious as typical lake hazards exist. Life jackets are provided but safety should be considered by anyone not able to swim or operate the boats.

We rented this house for a 50th birthday celebration. There were 8 of us and the bedrooms were all comfortable, plus each couple got their own bathroom. Overall the home is lovely. The interior looks just like the photos...except for the fireplace. The gas line must not have been working and block 'candles' were provided with biofuel instead...but they didn't last longer than 20 minutes and didn't have much of a flame. The outside needed some attention. We were able to check in early and it was a good thing since it took some time to clear off debris and piles of leaves from the decks, chairs, paddle boat, etc. The grill needed cleaning, as well as all the table surfaces. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed lots of lake time and outdoor meals. The owner was great at communicating for everything.

We had an enjoyable stay at Lady of the Lake. The property was in great shape, clean, well equipped, orderly and with very nice touches. The lake was calm and peaceful. We all enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boat. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything you need. The beds were comfy and water pressure great for showers. Devi was super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful home that’s a MUST STAY!

This home has it all- beautifully situated on a lake with all the water ‘toys’ to play with . The community has a large pool, beach area and lots of places to walk. The space in the house worked well for 9 of us- ages1-75. There were pack and plays and a booster seat. Lots of games and amazing Televisions It was sparkling clean and Devon was an amazing commentator- answered questions immediately and let me know what to expect with a gated community Fire pits and a hot tub added to our comfort A great place in the Poconos!!!!

Relaxing Family Trip

Our group of 9, ranging in age from 17-71, had a great time at Lady of the Lake. The lake, although small, provided plenty of entertainment (turtles, blue heron, and lots of fish) and relaxation. Most days we had the entire lake to ourselves. The indoor spaces were welcoming with a fun retro decor (the rotary phone was a hit with the teenagers). We can't wait to go back next year!

Best spot on the lake!

We loved our stay. The house is updated, well decorated and very comfortable. The owner included small things like throw blankets, board games, and basic household essentials to really make it feel homey. The beds are comfortable too. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Several choices for making coffee, plus a blender, toaster and even a crockpot. I loved that the house had a deck on one side and a patio on the other. We always had choices for seating based our desires for sun, shade, relaxation or activity. The huge hot tub was also a wonderful perk we took advantage of. Great house for multiple families or lots of kids. We brought a bunch of teenagers and it was perfect: plenty of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The lake was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding, we even did some fishing. The beach and recreation area was close with easy access by water or walking. We didn't use any of the other neighborhood amenities but they looked nice and if we'd stayed longer would have used them. The owner was friendly and responsive when we had questions, both before and during our stay. Definitely a safe bet on this house, we loved it and would absolutely recommend it.

Some fun but with some issues

We had quite a few items to go over with the owner upon arrival and we kept running into more issues each day. (Here's where I'll mention that the VRBO app sucks for communication that needs to happen quickly.) It began at the entrance of this gated community, continued with the door code (had to climb thru a window), and the rest has to do with people who came before us and treated the property like crap. So a mix of mad and sad for me. My family did have a lot of quality time hiking to waterfalls, a cave, and excellent meals that we made on the deck... oh and a nearby distillery. We had a blast in the peddle-boat on this beautiful lake. Just wish that I didn't have to contact the owner so much. I'd reckon that he feels the same.

Great stay!

Beautifully renovated house with gorgeous lake front views! House is exactly as described and pictured with a well stocked kitchen and quality linens provided. Great community with a playground for little ones. Excellent instructions and communication with the owner. We would definitely come back!

Great house!

We rented this house for a long holiday weekend with the family. The house was great! Clean, well stocked, well decorated, and has all the toys you’ll need for a fun weekend. It’s right on a small lake with direct access to water, amazing location. Devin was a great host. I would recommend to anyone.

Great stay

One of the best houses we've stayed in. The owner was responsive. It seems new-ish and has great design touches. Each family took a floor, and the boat room was fun for the kids too.
