4 Bedroom Beach House with Heated Saltwater Pool

Welcome home to your coastal cottage retreat featuring a salt water pool. This luxury vacation home is located in Naples Park less than a mile to Delnor-Wiggins State Park or 1.5 miles to Vanderbilt Beach and less than 1.8 miles to the most popular place to see and be seen in Naples, The Mercato Shopping District.

As you enter the home, 4th bedroom is decorated with a full size bunk bed that features a pull-out twin bed (sleeping 3-5 people) a desk, and tv.

The kitchen is in the heart of the home and opens to the living room and dining room as well as having views of the lanai/pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware and kitchenware featuring a "Ninja" blender and "Keurig" coffee maker. From the Margarita glasses to the Martini glasses and a couple of ice buckets; we have that covered! Enjoy the elongated breakfast bar with 6 barstools. The dining room area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a table for 6.

The living room features comfortable sectional, oversized wall mounted tv, and a wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor living space.

The lanai has a shaded outdoor area complete with outdoor dining table with seating for 6. The lanai has several seating options around the expansive pool deck that include a bistro table and lounge chairs. The salt water pool is a healthy alternative to chlorine pools and is heated to the perfect temperature upon your arrival.
The pool area is completely fenced in for the utmost in privacy and is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping.

The master bedroom is in the rear of the home with private access to the pool deck and is furnished with a king bed, flat screen tv, walk-in closet and a private bath. The master bath has a large walk-in shower. All linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided.

The guest rooms are in the front of the home offering all guests privacy. Guest bedroom one has a king size bed with tv and guest bedroom 3 has a queen bed with flat screen tv. The two guest bedrooms share a guest bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.

This home features a full-size laundry room complete with a front-loading washer and dryer along with a soaking tub. The two-car garage has all the beach gear necessary for fun in the sun with a beach stroller, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. There are also miscellaneous pool and beach toys for the kids.

Our property is dog-friendly and allows up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 65 pounds per dog. Please note, we do not accommodate cats. A non-refundable pet fee of $275 per dog applies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making our space enjoyable for all guests.
