Please note that we have daily pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service.

★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 11 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

Our luxury resort consists 10 detached villas with private pools.Each guest group has different needs, wishes and expectations. Due to this reason, events are not normally permitted.

Please contact us beforehand in order for us to evaluate your bachelorette, birthday parties, various celebrations and event requests.

★★★OTHER MATTERS TO PAY ATTENTION★★★
★All guests will need to sign a simple rental agreement and an entry registration form to confirm the booking and to be able to stay at the property.
★We welcome your pet but require pre-approval.A non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply. Any possible damages will be covered by the guests
★All properties have a strict No Smoking Indoors policy. We request you to smoke your cigarettes outside in your garden with a spectacular view (Any evidence of smoking or smoke odor inside the property will be subject to a minimum charge of $500).
★No shows are not eligible for refund or deposit and will be charged the total amount due for the entire reservation.
