Newly remodeled luxury townhouse located in gated community of Regal Oaks. Enjoy all the amenities of home plus the resort pool, pool bar which serves amazing cocktails and food, water slides, games for children by the pool, gym and tennis courts. Located directly behind Old Town which offers lots of outdoor shopping, eating, car shows, rides for children, live music and more! We are just 10 minutes from Disney Parks! Enjoy the screened in lanai equipped with private hot tub, gas grill, & more. Our home is set in a beautiful location in Regal Oaks with a pond in the backyard that has a stunning waterfall. Sitting outside in our screened in lanai is the perfect way to start your morning while taking in the Florida sun ☀️ Our home was personally decorated by my husband and I with you in mind! We love to travel the world and have taken a little piece of each destination and made our home your paradise! Each little touch has a story for us and we hope you can go back home with your own magical story to tell. ✨ Our home is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay unforgettable! From every cooking utensil you will need to a large white dinning room table for those magical family dinners to cooking on the grill under our twinkling lights. Our resort style pool is a short walk with waterslides for the kids, a pool bar/restaurant for food and crazy good drinks, there are games for all ages and the pool is heated! Don’t miss our Alligator friend who hangs out in the pond in the morning 🐊 we also have lots of turtles in the ponds 🐢 they can all be viewed from the pool deck. Our favorite part about our location is Old Town!! This is a must for all ages!!! You can walk there from our home which we do often! They have rides, games, restaurants with outdoor seating, (our fav Flippers Pizza) car shows, live music nightly, shopping, ice cream shop, old time photos, and so so much more! Don’t miss this!! Our favorite part Walt Disney World!!!! We are only 8 mins fron the gates of Disney!!! Our location makes going to the parks so easy!!! We love Disney so if you have any questions at all we are happy to help!!! We believe that vacations are very important for a lifetime of memories 📸 and we want to help you create that memory.The magic begins as soon as you book your stay! ✨📸✨🏝️

My husband and I are from Ohio and we still live there. When we first got married we decided that we were going to travel. For our honeymoon, we went to Jamaica and that was the first time we went out of the country. When we got home we said we are going to dedicate our lives to travel and for the last 19 years we have done just that! We have traveled to 40 states and we have been to over 80 countries and our love for travel has grown My sister tremendously. We love experiencing new things, and we love adventure. On our trip to Bora Bora, we had rented an Airbnb for a few days, and we both looked at each other and said we should buy our own Airbnb in Florida. When we came home from our trip, we started looking and we did just that. We took our love for Disney and our love for travel And bought our first Airbnb in Kissimmee! We wanted to give our guest in an extravagant experience when they walk into our home and we want them to feel like they are home! Being on a vacation should be memories that you hold in your heart your entire life and we wanted to help people feel just that when they stay with us.

When we started looking at different options to buy a home we weren’t sure what we wanted. We actually did not have a clue what we were looking for! Our last listing was in Regal Oaks and when we were driving down the street and we passed Old Town and we drove into the gates of the community I said this is it! Old Town is walking distance from our home and has everything for all ages!! We love that our community is gated, We love our resort style pool and being in a small community sold us right away.
