Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Burnt store marina
The condominium was beautiful the scenery was outstanding.a bit of a walk to the pool. The communication with the management was terrible we had questions and concerns that were never resolved. Batteries in the fire alarm died alarm kept going off. Promised a Bar-BQ grill even bought food to grill, but no grill . Called but was just told we will get back to you and never did.

Thank you for being our guest and sharing your feedback. We're pleased that you thought our home was beautiful and that you enjoyed the view. That said, we apologize for the issues you encountered and any disconnect you felt when communicating with our team. Our local manager assured us that they did not receive a report about the batteries as they would have rectified this right away. Additionally, to clarify, this condo is on the third floor and no outdoor living space and no grills are allowed. A grill is not an amenity listed in our online listing as the HOA does not allow them and we apologize for any misunderstanding. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.
