Quaint home with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was perfect for the four of us and was equipped with everything we needed. I didn’t note the bathroom details on the listing, if it was there, but one of the bathrooms is a separate room downstairs. This wasn’t a problem for us but could be for some. I would definitely recommend staying here. The house is adorable and the views are beautiful!

Such a cute little place. Decor and touches within the home show the owners passion to make guests feel special. Not as secluded as I envisioned but was a quiet stay which we appreciated. The owners providing paddle boards and kayaks is such a bonus! It was my favorite part!

The Perfect Spot

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The sunrise and sunset are stunning the perfect place for my morning coffee or for us to unwind and fish in the evening. The host was quick to answer any questions or help in anyway. Kitty hawk is only 20mins away making it nice to get away from the crowds and traffic but convenient if you want some beach time.

Wonderful beach cottage!

Neat and clean, cute beachy decor, fantastic views. Lots of nice extras supplied by owners (condiments, cleaning and laundry supplies, paper plates, bottled water etc). Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

Peaceful perfection

Since we were visiting during high season, we wanted a place with great water views, but without the noise of the crowds. This comfortable home delivered!! It is the perfect size for a few people. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet yet we still had easy access to other parts of OBX. We were mesmerized sitting on the deck watching the wildlife during the day and listening to the frogs at night. The home had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves and we really appreciated that linens were provided. Dana, the host, was friendly and responsive. She even checked in to be sure we were enjoying our stay. We would love to come back!!!

Time to relax

The home was adorable and very clean. The view from the deck was so pretty and relaxing. The owners were amazing and responded very quickly to the issue with the AC.

Great location to relax

Only stayed a couple of nights, but it made a perfect base camp for exploring the outer banks. The host was very helpful and the house had so many fun things to do.

Quaint property

We had a wedding in town. It was a perfect 2 night stay for our family. They had the cottage decorated beautifully. We got to use the paddle boards and kayaks. Matt, the owner, was even around to give a sunset cruise. Thank you for your southern hospitality. God bless you.

Relaxing mornings and evenings

The location of the house is perfect for having morning coffee on the deck, enjoying the breeze off the water and watching the sunrise. Evenings on the deck listening to the frogs, enjoying the evening breeze and relaxing from your day. The property owners are very responsive and friendly.

Nice little getaway

Great Location and Great Hosts

Rented the property for a fishing trip with a few friends. Property was very clean and perfectly fit our needs. Hosts were very responsive and made sure our group had everything we needed. We will be back next year.

One of the best vacations ever!

Beach Cottage was easy to find, in a great location and beautifully maintained. Because a tropical storm was due, the owners came down and made sure we were OK. Dana and Matt are two of the nicest people we have ever met and we feel we have just made two new friends.

Amazing location!!

This place was just awesome. At the end of a street so there was some privacy. Amazing view from the front deck of the Currituck Sound, This was our first time staying here and any time we are in this area again we will be wanting to stay here!

Quiet & Clean

We had a wonderful stay here and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. Our little ones loved fishing off the dock and hanging out on the porch! The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Perfect for our family of 5 :)

This property is located directly on the Currituck Sound overlooking various Outer Banks (OBX) towns. It is the perfect mix of beach and watertown. You can be to the beach in 15-20 minutes, golf in 5 minutes, winery in 5 minutes, and the water park in 10-15 minutes. It is the best of all worlds without being in the thick of the tourists in the OBX. Grandy is truly the most quaint place that I have frequented.
