The Landmark Resort of Cozumel is a luxurious tropical paradise facing the Dzul Ha reef. On a more undeveloped area, it makes for a tranquil vacation. But taxis are nearly always parked outside or the front attendant/security will gladly call you one. The distance to the ferry dock is 4.6 miles, so you are close to all of the action too. You can also rent bikes/scooters/cars in town and head to many other nearby beaches/clubs. Our ocean front penthouse condo is designed for your comfort and relaxation. Throughout the condo you will enjoy original artwork and sculptures by artists from the island. Here are the many immenties you will enjoy in our penthouse and on the resort grounds:

Another perfect stay

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful condo. If possible, it was even better this time! The condo is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The balcony is amazing! The owners are lovely and the property manager is wonderful. I hope we can stay here every time we come to Cozumel!

Most beautiful location in Cozumel

I cannot say enough about how beautiful and comfortable this property is. The view is amazing and if you’re a fan of live music, the money bar across the street has a really good band on Friday and Saturday nights that you can hear and enjoy from the balcony. The owners are very attentive and responded to every one of my questions. You’ll definitely enjoy staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very (VERY!) nice apartment and great location. This is probably one of the best apartments at the landmark because it's on the top floor with a full ocean view. Quiet, everything worked as expected and the little touches like very really nice bedding, nice soaps and fresh "welcome churros" was such a great treat! We will definitely be back.

Perfect New Years!!!

Everything was wonderful and we look forward to staying here again. Check in and communications were all amazing. It was perfect for the 2 of us as we had plenty of room. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is everything you could want! Very spacious, super clean with breathtaking views and convenient in-room laundry. Just far away from town to be calm and quiet but still only 10-15 minutes away from restaurants and activities. we rented a car from Alamo and are happy we had it. We also recommend the beaches of Punta Sur and scuba with ScubaTony. A big thank you to the Blossmans and Lori for hosting and ensuring everything for us was perfect!

Beyond Perfect!

The condo was perfect, everything is exactly as described in the VRBO site. Lori is a gem! We arrived late and she had 2 loaves of home made bread waiting for us. It was very much appreciated. And she was always on hand to answer any questions we had. And did I mention the sunsets!!?! WOW! What a veiw! We had a great time scuba diving, getting picked up from across the street at the Money Bar was very convenient. we would definitely stay here again!

Sunsets included!

This was a great place to stay! My husband dives so the dive boat picked him up at 9 and dropped him off around 1:00 at The Money Bar, one of our favorite hangouts. My friend and I were waiting for him and enjoyed lunch there every day! The condo had plenty of room and was perfect. The view of the ocean was spectacular- spent every evening watching a fabulous sunset! We will do this again.

Most beautiful condo on Cozumel!

My husband and I have been coming to Cozumel for 25 years, and this was by far the most beautiful place that we have stayed in. This condo is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything that we would need in a holiday rental was provided. The highlight is of course the beautiful views from all of the rooms and from the large balcony. The owners of this unit are such lovely people and were so kind and helpful with any questions and concerns. They also have a wonderful property manager who was just a Whatsapp text away for anything needed. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Everything exceeded our expectations

The communication was unlike anything we have experienced before. Alan and Lori went above and beyond with setting up anything we might need or have a question about. The apartment was beautiful with the best patio/deck you will find on the island. The location at the Money Bar or more importantly the Dzul Ha reef, which is some of the best shore snorkeling around, was priceless. We will be back!

Gorgeous!

This place is gorgeous and spacious and has the most amazing ocean views. We felt so lucky to have found it. The outside balcony had several seating options and a full table for dining. The property manager was only a WhatsApp text away - giving us helpful tips throughout the week on where to grocery shop, beaches to visit, and more. Across a small street is the Money Bar Beach Club restaurant (which we frequented almost daily) and a wonderful snorkeling spot. We loved the live music at night - so fun. The beach in front is a snorkeling/rock ledge-type beach, and if you want the "lounging on the white sand beach" vibe, our family especially enjoyed the white sand beaches/water entries at Palancar Beach Club and Buccanos Beach Club for that. Every time we came home from an island adventure, we had fun looking for Carlos, an iguana that liked to hang out on the front lawn of the property. :-) Wonderful experience/property that we would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Experience

The condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. It is a quick drive into town and had great snorkeling right off the beach. The Money Bar had good food and a great atmosphere with live music. The best part of the condo was the caretakers, Lori and Allen. Our original flight was canceled due to weather and we had to book a new flight the next day. Instead of flying into Cozumel, we had to fly into Cancun. The caretakers, Lori and Allen, picked us up at the ferry. Allen took my wife and kids to the condo to check in, while Lori took me to the Cozumel airport so that I could pick up my rental car. They were super helpful and went out of their way to make things easier for us. They had great recommendations for restaurants and were attentive throughout our stay. I can't recommend this property highly enough. Beautiful place, in a great location, with fantastic customer service. What more could you ask for?
