There is an option of hiring cleaning and cooking service during your stay as well as bike and SUP rentals. Completely new, ready to enjoy in summer 2022.

Beautiful Condo in Cozumel

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation. Although we did not use the second bedroom , as it was just my husband and I, we liked the open space in the kitchen and dining room. The location is perfect for us as my husband likes cycling and I like scuba diving. There is a world class65 km cycling path around the island right in front of the condo. I was picked up by the scuba boat at a nearby beach club. We did not rent a car and used the bikes that we rented from the owner to bike into town for dinner and to get groceries. We did go by taxi to the grocery store at the start to get groceries but used the bikes to pick up extra items. I cooked all but 2 of our dinners a the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. This condo is perfect for us and we hope to return next year for 3 weeks. .

Great stay in perfect location

We had a great and too short stay in a super nice appartment with superb views on quiet location. Snorkelreef in front of appartment and close withbtaxi to all needed places and center. All amenities avail in the appartment. Rooms were large and nice, very clean.

Excellent property if looking for quiet relaxation

The condo was very clean and if you are looking to be away from the cruise ships and downtown this is an excellent location, but I would recommend renting a car. The drive into town is only about 10 minutes so it was not a burden to go out to dinner and return to the quiet of the condo. Across from the condo is a rocky shore but I would recommend the snorkeling there, we did see rays and a variety of fish. The entry looks intimidating at first but there are tide pools that offer good entry points. We entered in front of the condo and snorkeled down to Corona beach, ate lunch then snorkeled back, the current was not overpowering. Be aware that the buoys are keep out zones for snorkelers there are protected coral areas near Corona Beach just don't cross the buoys and there is a clear path right to the restaurant. Vanessa was very responsive over WhatsApp and met us at the property the first day to show us where everything is. If/when I get back to Cozumel I would rent this condo again.

Perfection!!

This property is absolutely stunning!! It’s remote in that you’re off the beaten path and surrounded by ocean and beautiful lush vegetation- but delicious food, beautiful people, beaches and snorkeling were only a short bike ride away (4-8min tops in either direction). No big crowds, which we loved. All that is a short taxi ride away, property security had taxis for us within minutes. We rented the host’s bikes, which were very high quality. Everything about this property is impeccable in quality and style. The host was prompt when booking. And Vanesa (your personal Cozumel guide) could not have been more lovely!! She had everything we requested (even a double kayak) delivered within hours! She made everything about our stay effortless and delightful! We cannot wait to return for an extended stay! This is the kind of place that calls you back for more!!!! Highly recommend!
