Short stay / not a lot going on very private . If you need groceries get them in Marsh Harbor first !!!! Very clean place quiet / being able to do our laundry was a plus . Would recommend.

Wonderful first trip to Abaco

This condo is absolutely as advertised. I didn't take any photos of the condo because I didn't need to. It looks exactly like the pictures on the VRBO listing. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and decor is welcoming. The sitting area is comfortable and you have a view out to the dock and canal. We also spent most mornings drinking coffee on the patio. The reservation process was easy and the owner answered all of my questions and offered other suggestions for our stay.The close dock, within steps, is one of the main reasons we rented this condo. Our rental boat was safely tied up within view and we could come and go as we pleased. This condo is within walking distance to the Bahama Beach Club across the main road which has a great restaurant at the Pavillian. My husband also walked to the boat rental dock. We had a rental car, so we also drove down to the convenience store, but you could walk there too. You will need a car or golf cart to get to Sunset Pizza. Don't miss out on this handmade woodfired pizza! Treasure Cay has a beautiful beach which is within walking distance too. It is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen.Overall, this was a great first trip to Abaco and we will definitely be back!

Paradise Beauty

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and very nicely decorated. It was very convenient having the boat dock out the back door. We enjoyed the community pool and entertainment area. My only suggestion would be a new mattress for the master bedroom. It slopes to the middle and was a little uncomfortable. We would still come back to stay. The mattress wasn’t a deterrent.

Wonderful weekend in the Abacos!

This was our first time in the Abacos and it could not have been better! The location on Treasure Cay was great. We were walking distance to the little store and to Bahama Beach Club to watch the sunset. It was nice to have the dock right out back of the unit. Easy access in and out of the channel. The unit itself was beautiful, super clean and well stocked. We look forward to coming back soon.

Well furnished, clean and great location with a boat slip

The only downside was the tankless hot water heater is undersized or a weak breaker. Breaker would trip before you could finish your shower.

The property was clean and comfortable ! Close to a resort with a restaurant and gorgeous beach ! I wish the wall TV was in the living room instead of bedroom I wish there was more to do Treasure cay , still effected by Hurricane Dorian devastation!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The owners were more than helpful with questions I had and Carrol their manager was great. The unit is nicely done and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make each meal. We really enjoyed the boat slip right out the back door. I would highly recommend this place to others. We will be back.

Brand new!

Stephanie (owner) and Carrol (property manager) were both exceptionally attentive and very quick to respond. Home is beautiful and everything inside is brand new. We'll be back! :-)

My husband and I live in Minnesota. We have a combined family of 3 kids, 2 daughter in-laws, 2 grandchildren and our dog, Charley. I grew up coming to Treasure Cay and it has always been a dream of mine to own a piece of property here. We wanted to give our family the opportunity to make the kind of wonderful memories I have. We bought the property in 2018. One year later Hurricane Dorian hit and destroyed our little piece of paradise. We were finally able to start renovating our unit in January of 2022 and by June it was ready. It's been wonderful to be able to enjoy Treasure Cay again! I hope you will too!

The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet condo that is just a short walk to stores, restaurants, and most importantly the 3.5 mile white sand beach. You can walk everywhere but if you want to expand your distance, you can rent a golf cart nearby for the entire week or just a few days. Also included with the unit is a deep water slip that can accommodate a 40" boat.
