Sunset condo with private deck and dock . Steps away from Windward beach.

Brand new 3 bedroom aptement with front ocean views and back garden/canal views featuring a walk-out deck equipped with bbq, dining table and sun chairs.

The apartment is located under the main house on a private and beautifully landscaped property shared with a boat house. Just steps away from Wynward beach and has direct canal access to the sea of Abaco. A couple of minutes drive or 20 minute walk from world renowned Treasure Cay beach.

The apartement sleeps 6 to 8, has a fully stocked (spices, plates, cookware, utensils etc.) kitchen, Tv, wifi + washer and dryer in unit. Dock slip included, with water but no electric.

Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are available at any time. Most other accommodations/requests/rentals can be organized, just ask and we will see what can be done :)

Great Vacation

Great location and the beach was beautiful. Very easy to dock the boat and get in and out. Calvin was very accommodating and helpful. We had to extend our stay due to weather and not being able to make the crossing in the boat back to Florida and it was not a problem.

Boating weeeknd

Brought boat over for a stay. Dockage for 1 bigger boat and a 30 foot center consoles. We stayed downstairs and it was perfect for ghe 6 of us. Everthing is new in the area and you can also rent a golf cart.

Our trip to Abaco

Our trip was wonderful. The place was even better than the pictures. Very clean, the host was helpful and accommodating. We are planning another trip and will be staying here every time we return to Abaco.

Great we in the Abacos

Came over by boat to have a week in the Abacos. Suzanne and Ian were great hosts and the property is beautiful easy access and a great dock for our boat. We will definitely be back!

Super place to stay

My wife and I stayed nine days at the end of May, 2024. The apartment was very nice and the dock behind the house was a great place to keep our boat. Calvin answered all of our questions and was very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

A piece of paradise

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ocean Blue. Suzanne and Calvin were extremely responsive, caring and helpful. The accommodations were amazing with many modern updates and the location was very convenient for us as it was just steps away from the beach and the canal. Suzanne checked on us throughout our stay and offered suggestions and advice to assist us in whatever we needed. I look forward to staying here again in future. Highly recommend!! :-)

Incredible Property and Hosts

We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO. The hosts are extremely kind and thoughtful, very accommodating for all our needs. The property is beautiful with a colorful garden surrounding the house. We loved sitting on the back patio and relaxing. The location was excellent with a stunning beach across the street and on the property was access to the canal. The roads in the neighborhood were great for walks. The apartment was very new and clean with modern amenities. Very comfortable beds and nice furniture. We felt safe and it was nice and quiet.

This is one of the favorite properties I've ever stayed at. It's new, well-furnished, and well-supplied. I know this is a weird thing to mention, and I normally wouldn't, but the shower is amazing. So are the beds! Everything about our stay was comfortable. There is a beautiful beach on one side of the property, and a canal with a tiki hut on the other side. It is fantastic. I can't say enough about the host, Suzanne. From the very beginning, she is there as much or as little as you want her to be. She and her husband are so welcoming - they made it feel like we were staying with friends. She taught yoga on the beach, gave us suggestions for day trips, and even helped with our flat tire. If it hadn't been so windy, we would have taken out the kayak or the paddleboards. I will definitely stay here anytime I visit the Bahamas.

Cozy, Clean, and Well-Located Condo with Friendly Host

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It’s a small unit, but it was very clean and well equipped, perfect for a short stay. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed.The outdoor area was functional, though we did have to tidy up a bit upon arrival. We had access to the dock and the area beside it, which was a nice feature. The manager let us know we were welcome to use that space, but we felt a little uncomfortable sitting there since his home was so close—it felt like we were intruding, even though he was very kind about it.The manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He answered our questions promptly and even offered us a ride to pick up our rental boat, which was greatly appreciated.Overall, we liked the rental, although it was a bit small for our needs, and the outdoor space was limited to a table and chairs. There were lounge chairs available, but they were in the parking lot and the cushions needed to be clean, so we didn’t use them.We would recommend this place for travelers looking for a clean, cozy stay with a helpful host—just keep in mind the size and the layout of the outdoor space
