Welcome to our charming vacation rental property located in downtown Saugatuck! This spacious and well-appointed 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect place for families or groups of friends to relax and unwind while enjoying all that this picturesque town has to offer.

As you step inside, head upstairs where you’ll be greeted by a comfortable and inviting great room. The living area has plenty of seating, a large Smart TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The adjacent dining area has a table that seats up to eight and offers a great space for enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including stainless appliances and plenty of cookware and dishware. If you like to enjoy some fresh air, just step outside onto the deck that overlooks the spacious fenced-in backyard. The deck has seating and would be the perfect place to enjoy an evening beverage while watching the sunset into the trees.

The four bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and offer comfortable bedding and ample storage space. The upstairs bedrooms offer a king bed in one and a queen bed and work desk in the other. The downstairs bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed. For added convenience, there are two full bathrooms, one on each floor.

Outside you’ll find a fire pit area in the fenced-in backyard where you can gather with your group and enjoy s’mores and other treats while taking in the starry night sky.

When you’re ready to explore town, just step outside, and take a short walk to the heart of downtown where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and galleries to explore.

The beautiful shores of Lake Michigan are just a few miles away by car, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and other outdoor activities. Our famous Oval Beach, Douglas Beach, and the Saugatuck Dunes State Park are all within 10 minutes or less by car. When you’re ready to relax after a day of fun, just head back to the comfort and tranquility of Sunsets on West.

This home is equipped with Smart TVs so you can log in and stream your favorite apps. There is no cable service. 
The split-level layout of the home means stairs are required.
Though it may look like a driveway, the adjacent alley is a public right-of-way. Please park in front of or in the garage and do not block the alley.
The property is serviced once a month by a private pest company that is not affiliated with Mill Pond Realty. They will never access the house, but you may see them on the property briefly during your visit.
