The house was spacious and clean. Furniture was comfortable and the sofa recliners were wonderful for watching television. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable, and we were close to everything we wanted to do in Tampa. Very much enjoyed our stay here. .

We would like to clarify that the laundry is designed as a stacked unit, as shown in the listing photos, and space is limited accordingly. Regarding the concern about bugs, we have not had any prior reports, but we take this very seriously. As a precaution, we will have the home treated again to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. Everything was spot on, except no hammock (; , ha just messing I was so busy and occupied, but I was just so glad to come to a very spacious home with updated appliances and at ease.

Poor communication with host. Didn’t provide information for getting into the property until less than 24 hours prior to entry. She had not checked out the property until the night before our arrival only to find a broken hot water heater. She did offer us a full refund on our rental.

Maybe have wash cloths available. Pool had some dead frogs and other debris but was too cold to use anyway so not a huge loss. Would still book again.

The host was welcoming. The home needs some tlc. Dishwasher did not work. Lightbulbs out all over (but host did come fix that and fridge door that was hanging off) There was not enough silverware. It served our purpose, but just needs updating

Great stay!

Was traveling for a wedding and myself and some family member stayed at the property and it was beautiful! The outside pool area was our favorite place to be! Communication with the host was amazing and he was fast to respond if I needed anything! I had a perfume explode in my suitcase and the host encouraged me to use the washer and dryer and was super friendly. Will say the only complaint I had was that when we arrived it did seem like the cleaning inbetween guests was rushed & some dirty dishes were left in the sink and that some of the sliding doors weren’t able to fully close but it didn’t interfere with our stay! Definitely would come back recommended to people traveling the area.
