You'll enjoy a spacious private balcony and direct beach access from the condo, plus convenient walking distance to great shopping and dining options. Guests will also have complimentary use of a variety of on-site amenities, including a partially covered swimming pool. Panama City Beach attractions are within easy reach.

From coffee to cocktails, the balcony is the perfect way to start and end each day. Inside, relax with family and friends in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. The full kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for home-cooking and cleanup. Enjoy meals together at the dining table set for eight. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

All four bedrooms include their own bathroom. Two bedrooms feature direct balcony access.

We had a great time on our trip. There were a few hiccups. We didn’t have any parking passes when we arrived. We also didn’t have the pool code or gym code. The company who manages the apartment did fix these issues in a very timely manner and were very responsive. There were a few other issues like the bunk bed was very rickety, the shower handle was a little funky in one of the bathrooms, the back patio was huge, but not enough patio furniture, and there could have been more kitchen items, it was very bare and the stuff needs to be updated. So if you are planning on cooking full meals then you might now have everything you need to do so. Other than that it was very spacious and definitely enough room for 4 families.

Everything was great! Just want to suggest maybe having more kitchen utensils. Preparing meals was difficult due to the pots and pans situation but that was my only complaint. I would absolutely stay here again.

Come ok was clean but smelled like sewage the whole time. Elevators were a nightmare. TVs wouldn’t work. Parking was terrible and we were given the wrong gate code. The view was great but it didn’t out way the rest of our issue staying here.

This is a condo for a big family and they’re only 1 parking space all other vehicles have to use public parking. That’s a big deal and very inconvenient

Family girls trip

Booking was easy, location was easy to find. Parking was a nightmare, we stayed in a 4 bedroom that’s sleeps 14 but was only given 1 parking pass. Upon arrival the location was beautiful as well as the balcony. The house does not come with blankets only what is on a hospital be. So make sure to pack a blanket if the weather is going to be colder. There is not an ice maker, so we couldn’t get any ice.Overall our stay was fantastic just want to make sure you have a heads up before booking so your prepared

Nice, but parking tough

The place was very nice, but we had trouble with parking and were misinformed by Vacasa. They said on the phone to “park anywhere” and there was no parking pass inside the condo, except for an overflow lot across the street. Then we almost got towed right before family reunion event. Vacasa did not cooperate and refused our requested partial refund.

Room 2001!

The room was nice. The balcony was amazing. However parking for this room was tricky having a bigger suv. Other than that we had a great time! Would definitely come back to this room!

Location was AWESOME, some amenities not so much

The view was amazing. It's located close by a lot of things. The elevator situation was AWFUL. We spent 40 minutes on 3 different days waiting for an elevator. The oven doesn't work and only one burner on the stove works. I feel like a little more information before arrival on the parking would have been appreciated. We spent 30 minutes trying to figure out where our assigned spot was.

Disappointing

I’ll start with the positives which were the location to the beach, the view and the overall layout of the unit which worked well for our large group and that’s where it ends. The rest of the time we were all dealing with dirty or broken things in the unit. We were supposed to be notified if the unit was available early for check in and we were never informed. I decided to go up to the unit to check and our code worked so we did get in early but it would have been nice if we were informed. Once we all made it in and the kids were playing inside their feet were black after about 30 minutes of being barefoot inside. The washer was full of mold and mildew. We had to buy some tub cleaner and clean it ourselves before we could use it. The tv in the living room doesn’t work, the bunk beds were broken, we had a toilet leak in one of the bathrooms and 2 days after I informed Vacasa someone came to fix it and said the whole thing needs to be replaced, then the flapper broke too and it couldn’t even be flushed so we were down a toilet in our room. All the furniture outside is dirty and stained, the throw pillows inside are stained and dirty. Our pool and beach gate code never worked and when I asked Vacasa for help they never helped. We had to ask another guest staying at the property for theirs. We have never had such a negative experience with a rental property before and would not recommend staying in this specific unit. It’s seriously lacking some general maintenance updates.

Beautiful view

Large balcony loved the view. Walking distance for a lot of shopping. Wasnt a fan of 1 car spot for 4 families but was able to pay for parking across the street. Overflow parking was always full. Had some issues with a moldy washing machine and couldnt use it.

The condo was not great but not terrible. There were a few red solo cups not thrown away. There was a dirty soap bar left in one of the baths. There was chips in the carpet. The beds were uncomfortable. It wasn’t a terrible stay but it wasn’t the best.

Flew in from across the country

The home is beautiful. Well laid out. Fantastic view. The property management left much to be desired. I reached out to let them know the coffee maker did not work. My only response was a ticket had been submitted. Eight people without coffee is not acceptable so we went and got one. There was only one trash bag for 8 people for nearly a week. We went and got more. We kept stepping on shards of glass that weren’t cleaned up. The house is great. The management of it was not.

Beautiful

We love staying at this condo. The views are beautiful from the balcony. We’ve stayed here in October of 2023 as well. The condo is very nice. However, we provided private feedback to the for a few updates and replacements to make other guest stay more comfortable. But definitely would book again.
