With stunning views of the pool, South Forest Beach just a half mile away, and plenty of trendy restaurants and stores, you and your group will have full schedules to make memories together. If you don't want to go too far, walk around the property's shining lagoon or lounge by the pool all day. Play some games of tennis while you're here, or rounds of golf on the world-famous courses.

Inside you'll find a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. It offers a spacious living room with a large TV for movie night, plush furniture, and sliding doors that lead to a private balcony that overlooks the gorgeous pool area. Family Friendly Condo close to the beach

Great location in the heart of Hilton Head. The pool is right out the back door and it was a quick walk to the beach and coligny plaza for shopping and food. Not to mention the quick trip to the pirate ship playground for our kids.

Two nights stay to break up a long trip.

This condo was very clean. Well stocked kitchen and clean comfortable furniture. Worked well for two couples traveling having 2 bedroom suites. Location was good with a short walk to Coligny Plaza and the beach.

Convenient location and clean

We have always stayed at Courtside, but this was our first time in this unit. We loved the location…right by the pool. Courtside is less than a 1/2 mile walk to the beach and less than a mile to Coligny. When staying at Courtside, be sure to visit the turtles in the pond! We loved the condo and hope to return next year!

We liked the location, the unit and the comfortable furnishings. The unit was very clean, and well stocked with dishware and cutlery. Very quiet, and the grounds were well maintained. There are several stairs outside to access the front door. There is an outdoor spiral staircase to access the pool area from the back of the unit. You can also access the pool area via a coded gate. There are also stairs that lead to upper level. The storage/pantry areas were roomy. We would stay here again.

Renovated Hilton head condo.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Newly refurbished and well equipped. Ten minutes walk to beach and easy check-in. The condo is on two floors. You have to climb one floor to get to condo. They only give you cleaning supplies.No coffee no coffee filters. No shampoo no snacks. No charm, very cold and corporate.

Positive: Short walk to the beach, comfortable living room, lighter than other units (I have stayed in a few of them before) Needs improvement: The internet is slow. Called management company, they said they would look into it and get a Wi-Fi extender but they never did.

Amazing!

What an amazing place for a getaway! The condo is so comfortable and decorated with a great beach vibe. You truly feel like you are on vacation! The location and amenities are great and very convenient! Pool, beach, bikes and restaurants…. Who could ask for more! I will definitely be back!!
