Beach Time Getaway - 3 min walk to Beach!! Cute and Clean!! - Great location!

3211 Seascape is one-bedroom (sleeps 4) top floor (super quite) unit with beautiful treetop and lagoon views from a private balcony in the highly desirable South Forest Beach Area. The unit was updated with new furniture, décor, and newer appliances. Our complex is adjacent to the bike path and has private beach access via a short walking path that leads to a private cabana for Seascape Villas users. The cabana offers foot showers and restrooms which are accessible only through a private access code that will be given to you prior to move in.

Our condo location is also conveniently located on the southside of the complex (closest to the beach), immediately off South Forest Beach Drive, which has ample parking. The complex feature beautiful courtyards that including walking paths (nearly one mile), lagoons, and two pools with ample lounge chairs.

Seascape Villas is conveniently located near the Coligny area which includes, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment… just a short walk or bike ride away. Our complex also has two private pools and walking trails through beautifully landscaped grounds. Free public tennis and pickleball courts are nearby at Cordillo Tennis and Pickleball (3-minute drive or 20 min walk).

The villa is beautifully decorated with a new light and fun beach-coastal décor and all new furniture. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa (new as of Sept. 2024), recliner, and 55-inch flat screen TV (new 2025).

The living room also has a wall-to-wall window/sliding glass door that opens to private balcony with comfortable seating for two. The bedroom features a king-sized bed (mattress new as of Feb. 2023), two dressers, a wall mounted smart TV, and ample closet space. The kitchen has been updated with white cabinets and new stainless-steel appliances and comes fully equipped including toaster, coffee maker (Keurig), blender, mixer, and small crockpot; just off the kitchen is a dining area with seating for four. The bathroom is accessible through the hallway or the master bedroom and features a bathtub-shower unit.

Additional features include in-unit washer/dryer and large storage closet housing a twin sized rollaway bed, four beach chairs, beach cart, pickleball balls and rackets, cooler, beach umbrella, beach blanket, sand toys, and games. We also have an assortment of books available for you to use.

Come relax and enjoy beautiful Hilton Head, with all the comforts of home! Check out our great reviews, we want you to enjoy your time on the island we work hard to ensure the place has everything you need. No pets or smoking allowed. Seascape Villas do not have elevators.

Wonderful Property

We loved our place was clean, and updated. We were across the street from the beach. Property is very lush and pretty. Lots of paths to walk. Pool was 1 building over from our place, couple minute walk. Very convenient location to all the shops and restaurants. Jen was wonderful to talk to. We had a minor problem and she got it fixed the same day. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a couple

Unit was exactly as described. It was a great location close to the beach and Coligny and very well stocked with anything you could need for the beach (chair, umbrella, etc). Host was very communicative and helpful.

Great Condo Close to the Beach

My number one priority when renting a property is cleanliness, and this condo was super clean and orderly. The location is great, maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach on a marked path. The bed was very comfortable and except for some work noise when management was dredging the lagoon, it was very quiet. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

Great beach place

We had a great time staying at the condo. Perfect 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean. Loved the washer and dryer in unit. Close to Coligny Plaza. We had a great stay.

Chilly spring visit.

The condo at Seascape is very well appointed and comfortable. The only downfall was the quality of the bed sheets. They were very rough and made for uncomfortable sleeping.

Clean, well maintained property

This is my second stay at this property and Jen and Bob have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. The property is in a great location, very quiet and within walkable distance to restaurants, supermarket and beach. The property is in great condition, very clean, well stocked, and she provides everything you would need for you stay including bath towels, dish soap, paper towels, etc. I would highly recommend.

Great Condo & Great Location

We had a great week at the condo! This lil condo was well thought out and packed in so much goodness for the two of us. It made it easy to just sit back and relax. The location was close to everything yet was far enough to make it quiet. Clean. Plenty of storage. Well stocked kitchen. Nice beach chairs, toys and the cart was a big blessing! Having the cabana station close to the beach was a real win. Convenient and clean. The weather was great this time of year. We spent most of our time on the beach. Glorious! So many wonderful places to eat on the island. You must try Fish Camp, Hudson's, Skull Creek Boathouse to name a few. We took a Hilton Head Helicopter ride around the island and took a day trip and Trolley Tour of Savannah. Both worth it! A great place for two to enjoy the island. We definitely recommend. beach chairs and cart. Washer & dryer

Loved it!

Summer Vacation Week

We loved the location! No need to ride your bicycle to the beach, it is a short walk. The unit was perfect for just the two of us. They have really made great use of the space so it didn’t feel small or cramped at all. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location!

My husband and I decided to babymoon in Hilton Head and this spot was perfect for us! It was very clean, in a safe spot, and the location was perfect. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to the Coligny plaza. We loved it and would come back!

Getaway

Came to enjoy the St. Patrick's Day Parade & the Beach! Enjoyed this tastefully decorated, intimate condo.....just right for a couples getaway! This unit is exactly as stated in it's listing. It is a quick bike ride to shops & restaurants located at Coligny plaza (a good 15 minute walk, if you'd like to get in some exercise). The beach is a convenient 5min walk & the host has made it even easier by providing beach chairs along with other beach necessities. We enjoyed revisiting old haunts, as it has been a good 8yrs or so since our visit to HHisland,. Hopefully a trip back soon, definitely making use of this condo unit.....highly recommend.

Great condo

The condo was exactly what we expected, the pictures do not due it justice. We were a short walk to the Beach and Coligny Park with all the shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend the condo and would stay again on our next trip to Hilton Head. Thanks Jen & Bob, your condo is excellent.

The villa was exactly as described. It’s so well equipped with beach supplies and kitchen items. We loved the close proximity to the beach and to shopping in the Coligny area. We can’t wait to come back! Would definitely stay here again.

First Time to Hilton Head-Won't Be the Last

Terrific location close to beach-much closer than I understood from map-not more than 3 min from door. Accommodations were excellent just as described perfect for a couple. Everything we needed (beach chairs coolers etc...) all there. Plenty of games and indoor activities available for bad weather not needed but much appreciated. Great shopping and dining very close and easy drives to Charleston and to/from Savannah. Allow for a slight delay on the roadway onto Hilton Head especially between 3-7pm our longest was maybe 20-25 min. Everyone we met at every business on the trip was very welcoming and friendly. Hilton Head impresses with how attractive and inviting the area is. A great trip, cant wait to go back.

We've been coming to Hilton Head for years, it truly is our "happy place!" We love to bike, golf, lounge at the beach, and eat out. We recently bought our Seascape unit because we love the south side of Forest Beach dr. It's a quiet area, just far away from the bustle of Coligny, but so close we can easily walk or bike to all the activities.

Our unit is so close to the beach and the private cabana makes it perfect for spending an entire day at the beach without having to run back to your room.

Seascape 3211 is perfectly situated near the entrance of the complex, conveniently located near the beach/bike path, with plenty of parking available. A quiet/private top floor space with relaxing views of the grounds and fountain.
