Two floor, two bedroom, two and a half bathroom, 1500 sqft condo building in the TreeTops community near Coligny Beach with our own personality throughout the unit.

First floor has kitchen, half bath, living area, dinning area and walk out private patio. All kitchen accessories you'll need for basic meals and cooking. 55' ROKU flat screen TV(Streaming apps available such as Netflix, Disney+, etc. just bring your own log-in info). Washer & Dryer in-unit, please just bring your own detergent.

Second floor has two bedrooms both with brand new KING beds. Master suite has plenty of space with private bath. Guest "Golf" room is enjoyably decorated for any golf lovers out there (Bryan's decorating). A second floor balcony is accessible from both rooms. The second full bath is in the hallway right outside both rooms.

We provide, for a $50 fee - beach towels, blanket, pull wagon, beach tent, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and tennis rackets and a few bike helmets and other accessories for your use. We used to offer these items for free, however we now charge due to the lack of respect towards our equipment! Once fee is paid, we provide a code to the locked equipment closet and you are able to use throughout your stay!

Lots of games, DVD player and everything you'll need for the kitchen and bathroom (sheets, towels, soaps, kitchen spices, utensils etc..) High-speed wifi through with a Smart TV.

The Treetops community is a large complex with three community pools, tennis courts and other areas to explore. Full-time residents and vacation rentals are throughout the property, so please respect everyone and treat this like your own community. It's a short walk to the beach and you can cut through the back end of the Treetops community (see our map in the welcome packet). We have a pack-n-play stored in master closet.

We will be using this condo for our own personal use plenty of weeks throughout the year and will definitely calling it our home away from home. We hope you are able to enjoy the space, consider it your own and treat it that way throughout your stay.
