ILIKAI MARINA NOTICE — Spalling Work Update
Spalling repairs on the Ocean/Marina-facing side are nearing completion. However, there may still be intermittent noise during work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*Balcony doors are currently locked and not accessible during this phase of the project. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding as this portion of the work wraps up. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

Great week of hawaiian goodness

Unit was clean and had a great view of the ocean along with the hilton lagoon which hosts Friday night fireworks. Parking structure has elevators connected that take you to your room. Great Apartment and Location

This unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location is great as I was attending a conference at the Hawaii Convention Center and was a short 10-15 minute walk.

Disappointing unit for Ilikai Condos

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this building 5 times and this unit was so different from all the other units we've stayed in. It has the bare necessities but there were glaring issues that we had to complain about: ROACHES in the bathroom and kitchen!! The bathtub plug did not work and there was no plug for the sink. Workmen opened our unit to paint the door without prior notification. We came back in late morning to find the door propped open and were told we had to keep it open another 20 minutes after he was done. The bedroom bureaus are second hand pieces that don't close properly, door handles were loose, and the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. are of the cheapest quality. There were no condiments at all except for a nearly empty disposable salt shaker. My bath towel had holes in it, though there were more towels in the cabinet.There was no decor or extra amenities in the unit so don't expect much in that regard.

The air conditioning worked very well, the beds were very comfortable and the entire apartment was clean. We really liked that the fridge had an ice maker installed in it. Great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and shopping center. From the balcony you could watch a wonderful fireworks show every Friday. High-level apartment service.

I do not want my name listed in the evaluation please We found the place very clean and well provisioned Location and view spectacular! Parking should be simplified. The unit could stand upgrading. I would recommend this property

Nice - but could be better for a couple with a car

The condo was clean. The bed should be a king. The bathroom is outdated but functional. The view was great. The parking is ridiculous. No In and Outs. $28 after 4 hours. If you wake up, go drive anywhere, you are starting a new 4/24 hour cycle. I think I paid $70 one day for parking. The beach (cove) by the Royal Hawaiian (left of boat harbor facing ocean) is brutal. I grew up in Hawaii. You need reef shoes to walk out in Ocean…but you can always walk or drive to better beaches…the island is surrounded by them. The Chart House on the 1st floor is a good restaurant and the lounge area on top of Ilikai Hotel next door are nice. Walking distance to Hilton Hawaiian, Waikiki, Ala Moana Shopping Center… I would stay there again. Great for watching sunset.

Listing is deceiving this is not the Illikai but Illikai Marina which has no pool . The view is a 10 everything else needs work from tired looking apt to noisy bathroom fan . Response from Ali Baba to texts is non existent .

Great location, some updates

Have stayed in Ilikai Marina Condos multiple times. This one was okay. It is in a great location and was a comfortable stay. Bathroom fan is quite noisy and it could use a couple of hooks for hanging clothes while using shower. Some updates have been done, however bath is a bit outdated and a very old dresser in bedroom makes it seem like updates have not been completed. Confusing electrical as some outlets tie to wall switches. View from 15th floor is amazing and we watched the Friday night fireworks from next door from balcony. Close to boardwalk to Waikiki and Ala Moana Park and shopping center. Parking was easy to set up in garage for entire stay and cheaper than other places. All in all, a good stay.

super happy nice place

super fun place nice clean and all things you need.in the kitchen bathroom clean. to me and my wife and son. lots of room area and very nice to see outside the boats beach. nice blue sky. me wife son had a super great time at this hotel thank you so much for letting.us stay beautiful hotel. thank you and god bless. i love to come to this place again.

Best rental condo in Honolulu!

We've stayed at a couple different rentals around Honolulu, but this one if by far the best! My boyfriend loves that he can check the surf from the balcony and I love that I can walk to the beach, snorkel, grab food, groceries, etc all within walking distance.

Brilliant view

A very nice apartment and well appointed. Some aspects a bit "tired" but overall very nice. The view is fantastic, especially Hawaiian sunsets. Location at western end of Waikiki Beach is excellent. Parking and restaurants in the building very good.
