This is a newly renovated with all new furnishings, second floor, two bed two bath condo in building 3. Free WI-FI. The living room provides a 58 inch TV, a new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam, and a electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and other many accessories, seating for 6 in the dining area and additional seating at the bar. The master bedroom includes a ceiling fan and a new king size bed with a remote controlled adjustable base. The guest room also has a ceiling fan and a new queen size bed. The new clubhouse with an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room is now open for our guests to enjoy. The property also has tennis/pickleball courts and outdoor grilling in nice grassy areas. Come stay in the mountains! **No wood burning fire place**

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying here and will definitely return. You can’t beat how easy it was to just wake up and be on the slopes. We also enjoyed the sauna and pool that are available for use. There were a few things we would have liked to know. We didn’t know the weather was bad (a lot of snow) the day we were arriving. Our weather app had no snow. The office called to give us the gate code but gave no warning about the roads and we did get stuck. There is a an after hours number that we called but had to leave a message and no one called us back. The other thing I would recommend is bring your own soap, sponge, shampoo, and laundry detergent. There were only 2 small bars of hand soap, no laundry detergent, and a washcloth in the kitchen. We are fine bringing everything but did not know. Thankfully we did not need to do laundry and had our own shampoo. Overall, it was very clean and was a great experience. We will be back!

Was great to come off the slopes, put the wet clothes in the dryer and take a break and make something to eat and then head back out in warm and dry clothing. Lovely view.

The unit was right beside the Oma’s Meadow ski lift, allowing convenient access to the slopes without having to drive down to the lodge. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an exceptionally nice home! Everything was updated, bedding and mattresses were comfortable, great location! Checkin and checkout were also easy! Our only challenges were figuring out how to work the fireplace (maintenance came and figured it out!) and we could not get the oven to work and couldn't find any instructions. Instructions for these might be helpful to have in the room notebook. But I would chose this place again and again and highly recommend! Our friends stayed in another unit and kept commenting on how much nicer this one was! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, clean but very basic. Nice views of slopes on top of hill. Main downside unit is a very small boiler, which does not nearly produce sufficient hot water for a family of 5. Amenities like gym and pool can use an overhaul / upgrade and a small store to buy basic necessities would be nice as well as you are currently dependent on grocery store miles away.
