Spacious 4th Floor Condo with a breath-taking view right on the no-drive beach which makes it perfect for families!

Full kitchen and breakfast bar with all new appliances, fully equipped and dining for 6!
Located on a no-drive beach in a sought-after building, yet close enough to walk to the pier for dinner. This 2 bedroom / 2 full bath unit is ideal for families.
The unit has an open floor plan with incredible ocean views and balcony access from the main room (living/dining/kitchen) and master bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a beautiful view looking out towards the scenic river.
Indoor parking space on the main level of the parking garage.
Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs with cable access and wireless Internet is accessible from every room including the patio. Seating in the living area for everyone with a big screen LCD.
Includes storage closet with beach toys and chairs... everything you need on vacation.
The building has tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard; workout room, club room, outdoor pool (heated late spring through fall), grills, and library...All the amenities you need.
Only 1 hour from Orlando for an easy day trip to all the resorts. Close to all the shopping and fun of the Daytona boardwalk as well as the Tanger Outlet Mall yet still far enough to be a peaceful retreat. Boondock's, Deck Down Under, North Turn, Sunglow Pier, and Aunt Catfish's famous Sunday brunch are minutes away. So many restaurant options for all types of eaters with fun environments to enjoy and to get out for a nice dinner or low-key beach attire meal are close enough to enjoy the atmosphere.
Who is the Blue Surf community and who owns/rents here? A large number are full-time residents. It's a second/vacation home for many as well. It's also the perfect property for "snowbirds" who want long-term stays of 2-6 months! Blue Surf IS NOT a weekly vacation rental property, monthly rentals only! Low key and family atmosphere! No smoking or vaping of any type.
Our booking calendar opens up at 12 months out, as we give preference to existing and returning renters.
NOTE: As of 2020, VRBO files and pays all state taxes for renters in Florida, so it is a necessity to go through the service. Thanks!

The family has owned property in the Blue Surf Condo since the 1980s. 2nd generation owner that spent summers on this beach growing up and have had the opportunities for the 3rd generation to do the same.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Located south of the last bridge to Daytona Beach, less commercial and a combination of residential and condominiums. Blue Surf is a monthly rental so typically will find long-term rentals (multiple months) and families that are vacationing for multiple weeks. No weekly turnover. Also located in the do-drive portion of the beach... less crowded and family oriented, so perfect with families with children.

No-drive beach, and both a beach view balcony and river view balcony with spectacular sunrise and sunset picture opportunities! Well kept and fully equipped making it easy to step right into your home vacation spot!
