A “home away from home”

Quiet, comfortable, nice home in a great community with close walks to neighborhood pool, playground (across the street), and PGA resort. Perfect for our family of three. We had a great time and hope to be back again. Thank you.

Property needs a little sprucing up

I think the property has a lot of deferred maintenance. I love the location and the basic bones of the cottage but there are a lot of things that need updating. Most importantly the carpeting in the master bedroom. Also the couch seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The patio furniture could use a little refresh as well.I felt that the cleaning services could be doing a much better job, especially around the cabinets as well as under them and around the corners of the floors. The kitchen is well stocked but I would probably get rid of all the old spices that look like they have been there for years, are not usable and certainly unpleasant to look at.

Great place

Brought my 11 year old down to see my parents. The place was spotless and communication with the owner was great. Very quiet with great places to walk (I love exercise!). The kitchen and bathrooms were a little dated but spotless and I still thought it was a great value.

Dispointing

We arranged a six-week stay, so we needed some cabinet space, and there was none in the kitchen and bathrooms. All the shelves and under sinks were packed with items that have been stacked up through the years. We had to take a boatload of items off open shelves and move them into a closet during our stay. The picture shows a shower curtain over each tub, but behind the shower curtain is an outdated glass door and outdated shower. We had to rent a carpet cleaner because the carpet in the bedroom was gross. This condo does not seem to have had a deep cleaning for years. The little outside patio was dirty and unusable. For the amount of money we had to spend, we were extremely disappointed.

Great stay

Tracy was very responsive. The house worked well for us. Good size, pet friendly. Carpeting can use a good clean or replacement and WiFi was out for two of the five days. Overall positive as we really only used the place to sleep. Would stay again.

Exactly as described!

This property was exactly as described. Check in was easy and communication with owners was good. This is an extremely clean and bright ,well stocked home, especially the kitchen. Also provided lots of fluffy towels and even beach towels. The only suggestion we would make is to get a new hairdryer and update the coffee maker Great location within walking distance to the neighborhood pool and with easy access to really good markets, restaurants and the beach. We also enjoyed the miles and miles of lovely bike paths in the area . We would definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful Cottage

We travel often for junior golf events, and this was the best cottage we've visited. The cottage was stocked with everything we could possibly need, was a perfect location, and nicely decorated & clean.

Great Location and Property

The property was bright, clean and comfortable. Parking was close to the front door. The location is close to restaurants and the main highways. I would happily rent this property again. Communication with the owner was great.

Excellent Villa

Can say enough about how helpful Tracy was. The villa was extremely clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking. If you're staying at the PGA I highly recommend this property. I'll be back!
