Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took up the entire hotel with our group for a wedding. Judy and Giselle were beyond friendly and helpful in getting everything set up. Once we got there our group loved the beach, the pool and the rooms. It was the most perfect weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at Looney Dunes at Mello in the Beach. Very close to Holmes beach - steps away. Felt very safe. Grounds were clean, our place was very nice. We had two in our room. close to free trolley that goes up North and down South. We had no issues that needed host attention. Would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh man I had such a great experience. I was able to come early since no one had the room the night before. The cutest set up. The lady over the phone was very sweet and helpful. The maintenance people brought me ibrophen and Advil because I had a bad headache. I was ablet to stay 1 hour past which was nice to use the pool before leaving. The only thing I would change is if you do grant someone late check out for us to be able to still access room till that time. I got locked out. Also for a number to be able to get ahold of on a Saturday or Sunday. I called the manager left a voicemail but luckily the guy who worked on property was ablet to help me. I would def stay here again. Lastly I wish they did do discounts for veterans.

You have a space to enjoy, very well located, clean, beautiful, and very modern, with a well-equipped kitchenette and everything you need to spend a few wonderful days. I would recommend it 100%. The only thing I wish was that you could set the check-in time a little earlier, not until 4 p.m.

We stayed in Looney Dunes, it was immaculate and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the local restaurants and shops were charming and convenient. The host was attentive and provided excellent recommendations. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can't wait to return!

Hidden Gem-Mello on the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay in the Looney Dunes room at Mello on the Beach. It’s the cutest building and the perfect location! We LOVED the decor and details! Everything was clean and the management staff was just a text away if we needed anything. The beds were comfy, washing machine and dryer VERY convenient, and we appreciated having the cooler and umbrella for the beach. Mello on Beach is steps away from Skinny’s (delicious burgers) and Manatee public beach. our only issues were that the pool was too hot to swim in (but it is summer in FL-hot) and we would have liked a full door on the shower (the half door caused water to leak out). But, neither of those were a big issue at all. We will be booking this beautiful again when we head back to AMI!

Mellowing at Mello on the Beach

It was exactly as advertised and the perfect place for spending a few days on the beach, which is just a few steps away. Loved that our second floor unit had great views of palm trees and the beach. The decor is bright& modern. Very welcoming and clean. Well equipped with king size bed, extra sheets &pillows, washer/dryer, full kitchen, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, toaster, microwave, Keurig, blender, ice making fridge and even a dishwasher. Towels were good quality, and beach/pool towels also provided, as well as beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The grounds are well kept including the pool which is heated. Easy access to supermarket, drug store, and many restaurants (Sandbar,Pizza Social & Isola Bella Italian were our favorites.) A big thank you to the management and staff for the birthday treats and bottle of wine! We hope to come back next year!
