This beachfront villa has everything needed to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious stay directly on the Bradenton Beach.

Inside the villa are two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area and a porch directly on the beach.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom features two twin beds. This means that the property sleeps four guests. Both bedrooms have 32 inch televisions. The living room features a 48 inch television with a DVD player, ample seating space and a dining area for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook. This includes a microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils. Furthermore, the property is perfectly located on the first floor and boasts an open porch directly in front of the beach. The kitchen and bathroom is newly renovated. Also, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is limited to one vehicle.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

Fantastic location and very clean! Wish there would have been laundry detergent or a note to get some before arriving but besides that, we had a wonderful experience! Very comfortable and great communication with the property manager.

This rental was clean, well equipped and very convenient to many restaurants and such. The kitchen was stocked with all things needed for cooking, minus an oven. Being right on the beach was absolutely amazing. We were pleasantly surprised the rental hadbeach chairs for our use. We loved our stay!

So, I've stayed on Anna Maria Island many times. I was concerned that since this place did not have a "private" balcony that it would be an issue. I ultimately booked because the rate was reasonable. Well, I've never had a beach view this amazing. I would definitely stay here again. Just a quick walk across the beach and your toes were in the ocean. I recommend highly.

We’ve stayed in this unit a few times now. It has all the essentials, is clean, comfy and the views are amazing!! The property manager is also quick to respond if you need anything. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. Nothing like walking out the door and being on the beach!!

This cottage is in an excellent location. Steps from the beach. However, the unit it self needs some TLC. First off the refrigerator/freezer system they have simply doesn’t work correctly. All of our groceries were ruined bc it was not cooling! At almost 11pm we had to call management company. She walked us through resetting it and stated it’s a difficult system. Also, there were no instructions about this refrigerator system! Our second night a storm rolled in around 2am and we found our granddaughter bed soaked because water was coming in through the window were she was sleeping by. The next morning we again called Management and was asked if we could wash the bedding! There was no laundry detergent in the apartment and the washer would not be able to accommodate such a load. They sent a lady to pick up the wet bedding to wash. We asked for additional toilet paper as there was only one roll and were told THEY DO NOT PROVIDE IT! Even the cheapest of motels provide toilet paper. The beach chairs need to be thrown out! They are completely rusted and the nylons are completely worn. To the point of breaking. We went and got some for ourselves. The kitchen pots and pans, same thing, were did these people find the worse quality of everything. We also had to go buy a frying pan because the one they have is lopsided so you have to hold it so it cooks evenly. The beds are like sleeping in a casket hard and so high up it was hard to get in and out of. Not everyone is 6’ tall!!

Great Place!

We had a great time here! The place was in a really good location and was as described. We had 4 adults and managed well with the accommodations. It was right on the beach so we enjoyed the access and the great sunsets! Renting a car was not necessary as uber was available. I think we would have explored a bit more otherwise but we still had a wonderful time! Awesome restaurants and shopping not far away. The rental was clean and well equipped for our stay. Overall a wonderful experience!

Great condo and ocean front views! Very clean. The lint screen on the dryer is broke and kept falling off. It snagged my swimsuit and tore a sheet that was in the dryer.

Excellent accommodations and excellent location.

Great property. Clean, updated and provided all the beach equipment we needed. We initially were concerned about requirements to control the air conditioner settings. We were actually cold at the low end of the settings. Have previously stayed at a property about 1/2 mile away with a pool. These accommodations were much better. We didn't miss not having a pool on property. The first floor condo with the walk out to the beach was great. We also had great views of the beach from the condo. We will definitely look to stay at this property again.

Great location but.,,

Rental was dirty, smells of mold and mildew and filthy. Bed was full of sand, trash under the furniture, mold in washer and dryer, broken frig full of water, beach towels and chairs stunk of mold. Very disappointed

Couldn’t have asked for a better beach front location! Literally walk out the door and there was the ocean. Perfect for those that aren’t able to do a lot of walking. Beds were a little high for older adults but our stay was great even if Tropical Storm Bertha showing herself. Can understand why other guest vacation stay at this facility yearly! Great location

Good communication with the owner/property manager. Does not get any closer to the beach. Unbelievable location. Our only critique would be for the owners to make small, simple upgrades that would make a difference to future renters: Add a dresser in the main bedroom, replace the cracked patio chairs and beach chairs, upgrade the coffee machine. Other than that the place was great and the neighbors were friendly.
