The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3bedroom 2-bath House and 1-bedroom 1- bathroom Guesthouse ALL for you to enjoy. There is no other people staying in the property!! Walking distance (5 minutes walk) to the center of the beautiful Puerto de La Libertad. Two blocks away to central park, businesses, police station, BEACH, Sunset Amusement Park-Surf City🎢🎡, restaurants, Night club and night entertainment. (5 minutes walk) You can also take a 15 minute drive to El Tunco 🐷🏖
The space:
This house is very spacious with 3 big rooms, huge living room and spacious kitchen. You also have the 1 bedroom Guesthouse which has its own kitchen, living room area and bathroom. This property is perfect for families or friends travels. The house has no adjacent walls to the other houses or neighbors. It has a huge patio with Mango trees (you can enjoy the fruit if you like during season) and you can park up to 4 cars without a problem. You will see birds, squirrels and stray cats running around on the trees or roof. There is a 1-outdoor restroom and shower. Washer and dryer are located behind the guesthouse to reduce noise.

Guests have access to the Main House and Guesthouse, washer and dryer, grill and patio area.
Other things to note:
**We can arrange transportation from and to El Salvador International Airport if needed in advance for an extra fee. **Also transportation or car rental can be arranged in advance to any other part of El Salvador during your trip if needed for an extra fee.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
You will love this property as is located at the heart of Puerto La Libertad. The neighborhood is near shopping areas but it's very quiet at night. You are able to access without any issues at any hours of the day or night but being accompanied or in a group is recommended for anywhere you travel. Only two blocks south you will find our beautiful playa La Paz, Punta Roca, Restaurants, Fish Market and Pier. You can choose to take the short 5 minute walk or go by car.

The beauty of this property is that you can access it any way you like. It is located on the main streets of el Centro de El Puerto La Libertad so there is no uphill streets or dangerous roads. You can go by any type of car or on foot. It is located near public transportation that can take you to San Salvador or el Tunco.
