The second floor is a private den/office with its own bathroom and balcony to enjoy the sunrise. This space has a King sofa bed with enough space for 2 people.

Saving the best for last— the house also boasts a huge outdoor area with a large wrap around patio and dockside deck— perfect for enjoying the sea views or pulling your boat right up to the house! Also, there is a bocce ball court, horseshoe court, and cornhole set for some fun in the sun on the property.
