Perfect for WORK and PLAY!

Join us in wine country in a centrally located and spacious home! Cute and cozy with plenty of room for friends and family. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment in Montgomery village and minutes to the freeway—the perfect spot to cruise Sonoma County and enjoy our local outdoor activities, the beach, hiking trails, excellent food, and beautiful wineries!

25 minutes to Sonoma
20 minutes to Calistoga
15 minutes to Healdsburg
10 minutes to Sebastopol
5 minutes to Downtown Santa Rosa

Our home features a second primary suite on the first floor and three spacious rooms upstairs including a primary suite.
The space
Our home is a two story single family home located on a quiet court. There are only four homes on the street with exceptionally friendly neighbors! It’s just one traffic light to Highway 101, quick and easy access to all the wonders of Sonoma County!

We have four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

The first floor features an open concept living/dining room and a cozy kitchen that is equipped with all major appliances as well as a coffee/tea bar. There is also a second primary bedroom with plenty of natural light, and an en suite bathroom.

On the second floor is the first primary bedroom that includes a California King bed, and en suite bathroom, and a spacious walk in closet. The second bedroom also has a California King and lots of beautiful natural light. The third and final upstairs room features two comfy twin beds and another generously spaced walk in closet. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub and plenty of room to freshen up for all of your adventures around Sonoma County!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full house as well as the spacious backyard.
There are two Ring surveillance devices located on property. One is the a front doorbell camera and the other is located above the garage.

Wonderful Property For Couples

This property was perfect for 3 couples. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The 3 main bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. There was a grocery store within a short walking distance. Many restaurants within several miles. Centrally located for the 7 wineries we visited. Rachel the host was very good in communicating and very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Wine Country Visit

Clean, spacious, good location in Santa Rosa. Five minutes to downtown, restaurants. Nice wineries all around this location. Would stay here again.

Perfect house for a family; great location

We came to the area to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday, and we wouldn’t all fit at his house. To find a house with so many great bedrooms & bathrooms so close to his house was such a comfort. We got to have much of the family all in one place with the convenience of Montgomery Village steps away. We had all the space we needed & more. To be able to be under one roof, but with private bedrooms & a full kitchen was amazing! It really made the trip so much easier and enjoyable. The house is really nicely updated & well furnished. Thank you to our host for all the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion in every bathroom.

Sonoma Graduation Weekend

We were looking for a place to stay for my brother in laws graduation. We needed a place that could accommodate 5 adults and 2 very young kids and this was the PERFECT spot. The house had enough space for us all and was accurately described online in the listing. Rachel was a great communicator before and after our stay. There were very small things that we noticed during our stay that we communicated with her on. I would recommend this property for others looking for a space large enough to accommodate a bigger group.

Quiet neighborhood with quick access to Hwy 12

The house is great. Very clean and inviting. It was wonderful to have access to the garage to park our cars and store our bikes. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were well equipped with nice toiletries. Towels were clean and plentiful just seemed a bit tired. Three full bathrooms were nice to have with 4 couples. The kitchen silverware, utensils, serving pieces and dishes were good. We couldn’t find mixing bowls. We would definitely stay here again!

While the weather was cold and rainy, we were able to celebrate Christmas with family within this very appealing and warm home. Rachel was very attentive as out host and everything was perfect.

Wine country

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient and nice neighborhood. The only complaint we had was the couch was so uncomfortable it was hard to sit. After a long day at the winery’s you like to hang out with your friends and relax. It was difficult to do on that couch. Other than that it was great place to stay.

Fantastic location, beautiful house

This was the perfect house for my four girlfriends and I to stay for a long Girls Weekend - the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and communication with the host was great. The location was perfect - a quiet little alcove street, but walking distance to the grocery and bakery, and a quick 5 min drive from fantastic restaurants. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The house was in a great location.Very cute inside and out. Close(some walking distance) to stores and restaurants. Plenty of wineries close by. No AC which could be an issue for some during hot days, they had free standing fans which help. Definitely would recommend.

Nice house/Good location

This home would have been a 5-star all around but there are some windows without curtains like the living room window and the window over the toilet in the master bath. It is a little unsettling not knowing who might be watching you! Also, blackout shades in the bedrooms would add a lot. The curtains are very sheer and do little to block out the light. Otherwise, it was a nicely appointed home.
