Sweet and kind

We were satisfied, it was clean and tidy, the camp was great not far to the beach, the only drawback were the chairs on the veranda, unfortunately they were so shabby that you don't want to sit on them. Nevertheless, we would recommend the apartment.

Flagler location is phenomenal

Room was very clean, gave it four stars because the property is looking tired, needs a good power washing. Photos of outside are old. Don’t let that stop you from considering, the location to the beach and restaurants cannot be beat

Great Location

Great location, right in the heart of town. I’ve stayed here before and will continue as I need. The pool is great to have in the warmer months.

Air Conditioner Needs Fixing

While the room was clean and the check in easy, we had to depart a day early due to the A/C constantly going off (90 degrees outside). This was particularly annoying at night! Also, while we recognize that guests are asked to clean and put away dishes, etc. upon departure, someone needs to check what was put away. We had to wash everything before we could use it.

The unit was cute as a button, clean and was well stocked. It even provided beach chairs and towels. Parking was a concern the first day as it is street parking (free) but first come first serve. Once we learned the peak hours we were able to work around that and had no problems after that. Roku kept disconnecting even though wi-fi was strong but we figured out how to reboot. That was really our only complaint. Would I rent it again, ABSOLUTELY. Super super cute and accommodating.

Anniversary Get A Way

Location Location Location!! Perfect spot , within walking distance to everything you could possibly want. We only used our car twice. We enjoyed a lovely anniversary dinner at Romeras Italian restaurant accross from the pier , dinner was romantic and delicious, so very authentic. The condo had everything we needed, the pool was very nice, there were children there but they were well looked after and considerate about the noice level. We will definitely stay there again!

Anniversary Celebration #5

This was our second year staying in this unit (4th at the Caribe Plaza) and it never disappoints! We love walking to the beach with the sun rising each morning. The pool is always clean and quiet to relax at almost any time of the day. Extra bonus is having our pup along to make memories with us!

2nd Honeymoon

Property was quaint and clean but lacked professionalism. The bed sheets were miss matched. We had lots of bath towels but only one face towel. Property was Very close to the beach and overall good location for dining. Room is smaller than online appearance. The property manager was very responsive.

Location, Location, Location

This was our second stay in this unit. It is comfy, clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed using the pool and visiting with our great neighbors. Having a place to store our bicycles in the locked, bike room was a real plus, and having the full laundry room available to us was appreciated. The best part of our stay is, the condo is only one block away from the beach, restaurants and shops. You can literally walk or bike everywhere.

Location, location, Location

Unit within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. This is the third time we have stayed in Unit 7 and the fourth visit to Plaza Caribe. The complex is showing its age but again you can't beat the location

Good location

The location is good. The apartment is small but for a family of 4 members it is ok. It should pay a little attention to cleanliness and if they change the sleeping mattress it would be wonderful. Otherwise everything is good

Nice visit

Very nice, the gate system was the only problem I had. The trash gate locked me in and had to go over the fence. Parking was an issue at times but the place was very clean and furnished excellently. Thanks again, Darren

It would be a challenge to find a host better than Tracy. Communication and service go well beyond the normal call of duty. Property is lovely, with private pool a block from the beach and bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

This unit has been recently updated. The out door balcony space is a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The headed pool and quaint courtyard is a lovely way to spend the afternoon when you come back from the beach. Our location is perfect just steps to the Flagler Beach Pier and beach walkover.
