Welcome to Sun Kiss, a well appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner unit located in Ocean View Manor, just south of the Flagler Beach Pier. This unit is just a short drive away from the center of Flagler Beach with activities, restaurants and shopping. Gamble Rodgers State Park and recreation areas are within walking distance to the north and south.

Ocean View Manor is a 9-story, residential condominium located right across the street from the Atlantic ocean. Located on the 2nd floor, this unit features a remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, loaded with everything you may need. A dining table for 4, spacious living room with balcony access & pull out sofa. The bedroom offers a king size bed and television. Bathroom features a tub/shower combo, commode and single sink.

Whether you are sitting in the living room, cooking in the kitchen or having a bite to eat, you will enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean while on vacation. Wrap around balcony also provides sights to the West.

Walk right across the street to your private dune walk over! Don't feel like going to the beach? Ocean View Manor also features a beautiful swimming pool.

Golfers can take advantage of several public golf courses within a 20 minute drive.

This unit makes the perfect day trip to several attractions! Conveniently located just 30 minutes north of downtown Daytona Beach, 50 minutes south to downtown St. Augustine and 90 minutes to Disney World!

The community of Ocean View Manor features underground parking, fitness gym, sauna, meeting space, community pool, tennis and shuffle board courts. Building offers secure entry.

Can I bring a dog? No pets allowed, sorry!

The maximum occupancy of this unit is 4 persons.

Parking: 1 vehicle is permitted. There is one assigned parking spot in the garage for standard vehicles OR motorcycles only. Maximum height for garage parking is 6’2”. If you have an oversized vehicle, you will have to park in unassigned parking in front of the building.

No RV's, trailers, boats, or motorhomes are allowed on site.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

You will receive one master key that gives access to the building and the pool area, the unit has a keyless entry feature. Garage door remote inside the unit.

This unit is on the 2nd floor...heck yes, there is an elevator!

Pool Hours are 8am to 9pm. Sorry but the pool is not heated.

Beautiful accommodations and view

We enjoyed our visit. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. It had a beautiful balcony and view of the ocean. We found the beach to be in close walking distance but the better beach is 3 miles north in Flagler Beach.

Ocean front and intracoastal view from front & side balcony.

The pictures of the condo make it look bigger. It was cozy for 2 adults. Very quiet. Close to restaurants and a few steps across A1A to the beach.

Older But Comfortable 1 BR/ 1 Bth Close to Beach

Ocean view is not a newer condo complex, but it was clean and well maintained . Trying to find our parking spot in the garage was a comedy of errors, because NONE of spaces were sequentially numbered, but the building manager helped us locate our spot, and the lockbox , and even walked us to our room- nice guy ! The room was cozy and clean with a wrap around balcony that allowed us to watch the sunrise from our room. We had everything we needed . The bed was comfortable and the dehumidifier in the kitchen kept the air clean in the condo, while providing some white noise at night. The king size bed was comfy and accommodated us well. Our location was just 2-3 miles south of the Flagler pier where most of the local restaurants are. We definitely recommend trying Sea Turtle ( for the Mahi tacos) , Golden Lion ( pleasant outdoor seating w entertainment), and Craves ( save room for the homemade peanut butter pie! ) . At Oceanview, you can access the beach by rolling through the pool area ( very clean ), out the gate, cross a very sleepy 2 lane road, then take the immediate board walk down to the beach. I was surprised by the rust colored shells which were beautiful. Not busy or crowded and the water was cool and refreshing. ( June 30 th) . It was nice showering off on the pool deck and taking a quick dip in the pool on the way back to the room. Overall, a great experience. We will return to Flagler!

Peaceful Vacation

We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. Great location so shopping, going to the beach and out to eat were all right there. Quiet building. Easy check in/out process.

Clean with good view

Property was as advertised. Check-in was a bit cumbersome in that locating lock box and parking spot took some time. It was clean and the ocean view was good, especially for a 2nd floor condo. Given that it is just a one-bedroom condo, the amount of furniture seemed a bit overdone.

Great location.

We love the area and Flagler Beach old Florida “ vibe.” Our experience with this condo was hassle free and enjoyable. It was clean and well equipped with all you need for short or long stays. The couple of times we had minor issues, such as small repairs, Melonie was prompt and attentive in taking care of them. My only disappointment in the whole stay was that the view was not quite what I expected. When we walked in and opened the blinds, yes the beach was there across the street, but what was in between us and the beach was the tennis court and a construction site next door. I got over being bothered by it because everything else was so enjoyable.

We combined a visit with family in Gainesville Fl to a few days in Flagler, we had never visited this section of the eastern FL coast. We enjoyed the laid back, non touristy atmosphere

Loved the view and access to the beach. Was not thrilled with access to the condo- outdoor lockbox was difficult to reach given my height and position of box, indoor unit lock was stuck, and no one was available to assist with my late check in.

short stay

We were there just 4 days. on arrival the outdoor entry was easy and went well. The interior door lock was terrible. We could not enter the condo for hours . Melanie, the lister would not answer multiple voice messages. The condo manager came, telling us it wasn't his problem. it was the owner's! Melanie answered hours after we got in. The door was repaired the next day by her service help. He was very nice stating it was the salt air. The room was as pictured on VRBO. Flagler is a fun place to visit

Location is great

Quiet with a Good View of Ocey

This place was a well equipped and a great location. The only drawback would be there is too much stuff around the condo like it’s someone’s residence rather than a rental. All in all it was a great stay.

Great Beach-Front Location in Flager/Ormond

The property was exactly as described and the location was perfect, being right between Flagler Beach and Ormond Beach. In addition to the property owner being very responsive, the unit was well furnished and initially stocked with everything needed for a beach-getaway week.

Cost

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen adequately equipped, except for the coffee maker. I hate the Keurig coffeemaker. Got my own Mr. Coffee instead. It was nice, but this unit is overpriced. We have stayed at the Oceanview Manor in another unit direct oceanfront for 6 years at half the price. The reason we took this unit this year was because our reservation for our usual unit was cancelled due to change of ownership, and this one was the only one I could find on short notice. Due to the price, we will not be coming back to this unit. I would have given it 5 stars except for the price.
