We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed & more, the pool was amazing, and the location was great. The hosts were very responsive and helpful from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!

This property was absolutely amazing! Super clean and well kept. It’s close to old town and the pool was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this property who is looking to stay in and relax and also enjoy all that the Scottsdale scene has to offer!

It was a Mid Century Modern masterpiece! Fabulous gourmet kitchen. The backyard.... well it had about everything you could think of that you could want: pool, fire pit, dining, hammock, games, lounging areas! We couldn't get enough.The house was furnished perfectly and the neighborhood was great. All in all, we WILL be back!

We absolutely loved the entire house. The pool and patio paved the way for lots of relaxation in the sun. The inside was spectacular!! Memories!!

House was great. Set up for dog was great. Enjoyed fire pit and office set up for working was great. Lots of places to spread out and lounge. Loved the Nespresso maker. Would have brought capsules with is we had known, but hit the store army the mall.

Host was very responsive. House was amazing. Location is perfect to Old Town for night life and come home to a peaceful neighborhood. Sunshine on Mulberry has it all. Extremely well stocked kitchen to cook anything you would want. Relax and get sun by the gorgeous pool. Enjoy some shade under the over hang in the outside living room, or turn on the fire pit for early morning coffee or late evening night cap. Not to mention the very cool vibe of mid century modern. We loved it and will be back.
Not a bad February morning.
How adorable is this bar. Had many a cocktail's here.

We travelled here with our two young kids and we absolutely loved his property. It was our very first visit to Scottsdale. This property is very well located, a short drive to everything you need and want to do in Scottsdale! the home itself was also amazing. Pool, fire table, patio seating for both dining and lounging. It has a big kitchen with lots of seating and space. I loved the design and the host thought of everything someone could need in the home! We would definitely stay here again!

Spring training

We came down for a quick getaway with the family. The house was in a wonderful neighborhood. Perfect location to everything. I had a wonderful welcome snacks and a binder that gave us ideas on place to eat and places to go. Highly recommend this house. We will definitely rent it again. The James Family

Exceeded all expectations

I have stayed in 20 rentals over the past few years and this was by far the best. The owner anticipated our every need, including ones we didn’t know we had. There was even a birthday cake and flowers for one of our party. Amazing in every way

From the moment we walked into the house until the last day we were there, we were in awe. The entire home was stunning and yet practical. It had everything you needed to make a meal and then some. The outdoor space was plenty large without being overstated. Everything in the home had a purpose and was also so well thought out. Each bedroom had such different decor, yet all went together. Beds were comfortable and clean. The 2 bathrooms were perfect for the 3 of us. The temperature inside, with the heat outside, was spot on. Never too cold or too hot. Centrally located, and nothing took forever to get to. When we had questions about anything, we never waited too long to get an answer. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. Thanks so much for such a wonderful girls' vacation!!
