This is a lovely property with wonderful beach access and ocean views. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the owners had lots of suggestions of places to go and restaurants to try.

Our group of four made a short trip to the area to play some golf and relax. We had a great stay at Pacific Breeze and it turned out to be perfect for our group. The property, views, and access to the beach were amazing! Mike was very communicative and easy to work with. I would 100% stay here again!

Traditional 4th of July stay

We once again enjoyed Pacific Breeze with our family for the 4th of July. Terrific weather, accommodations and sunsets made the week memorable. Thank you to our hosts for making our stay extra special.

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation Home!

This property has it all! Luxury furnishings, gourmet kitchen, perfect location. Just a few steps to almost a private beach. So many games and beach equipment. Something for everyone. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would love to stay there again!

We loved our stay at pacific breeze! The house was great. Amazing views and easy access to a perfect beach! The beach was easy to get down to, and perfect for sand play for my kiddos! They loved every minute on the beach, they even walked themselves up and down with no complaints. That’s how easy of a walk it is. There are plenty of amenities if you forgot something or just didn’t want to bring along your own toys. The hosts were prompt in responding to any concerns and stayed in touch the whole trip. Definitely recommend this house!

Boyz Weekend 2022, Pacific Breeze at La Selva

We do a "Boyz Weekend" every year. Pacific Breeze at La Selva is one of the best locations we've ever stayed at. The property is charming, clean, functional, well stocked, and ready for fun on an exceptionally wide and beautiful beach. There are mesmerizing views from the decks and every room! The owners are great. What more could one ask?

Great spot, one of a kind beach view

Nicely updated beach house. On the beach. Well equipped with beach gear. Nice spacious kitchen. Excellent place for spending time with loved ones in a truly unique setting. One minor issue is access to the beach from the unit is through the downstairs bathroom, which may give rise to some logistical issues :)

Hi Jarrett: Thank you for the great review. We will update the operating manual to make it more clear that there is a button on the downstairs bathroom lock that will keep guests from unlocking the door if the bathroom is occupied. Thanks again, Nancy & Mike

All bedrooms had an ocean view. Absolutely beautiful. Easy to park and unload car. The amenities are top notch. Much pride in ownership with all the attention to details like the appliances, sinks, showers and bedding. Love the Keurig coffee maker and the latte option. Makes a delicious, foamy latte.Short drive into Moss landing to Phil’s seafood and for coffee at Coffee Plant. The burgers and shrimp Louie sandwich at the Landing at Power Plant were delicious!The Monterey aquarium was just a 45 min drive. Santa Cruz was just 30 min.Great central location.Great stay with our grandchildren. We collected a lot of shells and sand dollars. Thank you Mike and Nancy.

Book this condo now! Amazing location and views from every room!

Where do we even begin?! This condo was more than we could have ever imagined. The location is absolutely amazing with just steps away from a beautiful beach! Every bedroom has an amazing view! Kitchen was beyond stocked with everything you would need to cook amazing meals, beds were comfortable, storage room with EVERYTHING you need for a fun beach day (boogie boards, wet suits, beach chairs, umbrellas, firepit, etc). We will definitely be staying here again. Mike was very attentive and made sure we were having a great time! We were so sad to leave!

Awesome beach getaway

We were in town visiting our son in the coast guard for Thanksgiving. We wanted a place on the beach away from the city. This property was perfect. Adults and our 8 and 7 year old all had things to do. We enjoyed boogie boarding on the beach during the day. At night a few nights we had a fire on the beach. At the owners recommendation we went to Shadowbrook restaurant which was fantastic. We also visited mystery spot which was fun for all of us. We were close enough to get groceries and food delivered when we didn’t want to leave. We had a blast . Thank you

Very nice, well stocked beach getaway

This was a beautiful place to stay, right on the water and close to lots of places to go. The beach wasn’t very crowded, but there were still plenty of people watching opportunities with surfers and dog walkers (the dogs were a lot of fun to watch from the balcony). The condo is very nice - loved the heated floors in the bathrooms and the nice showers. All beds were comfy - even the Murphy bed downstairs. There are very detailed instructions for all the appliances, very nice to not have to figure out tv remotes. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - dishes, cookware, spices. We loved the Breville waffle maker so much - I’m tempted to buy one! We’ll definitely be back if we need to stay in the area again.

Everything I needed and more…

You’d think nothing beats the view and proximity to the beach, but this property had that and more! It was exactly what I wanted and didn’t know I needed for time with friends celebrating and relaxing. The place has been remodeled with care, attention to detail and high end finishes that make it a dream for cooking and entertaining, playing cards or doing puzzles on a generous table, lounging on the deck or in bed taking in the views of birds and dolphins, talking or reading a book by the fireside into the night, and of course taking long walks on the beach and returning to heated floors you’ll never be able to live without again! (There was a storm and a power outage so my toes did get cold after all but this place was so cozy, I didn’t want to budge; it’s not for everyone but I was happy to ride it out and continue to enjoy all that Pacific Breeze had to offer.) I wish everyone a stay at the beach as lovely as mine!

If you’re looking for a nice and cozy house by the beach, you can’t do much better than this wonderful home. You are literally steps from the beach. You open a door and there are steps to the beach, that’s something you don’t see often (at least I haven’t). The photos do a good job of showing you what the house looks like, but that can’t adequately show you what it feels like. Upon arriving I instantly felt a sense of peace and relaxation. Noting quite like opening the porch doors to let in the wind and sounds of the ocean. There is a public parking lot far away enough that you still feel like you have a private beach, but close enough that you can see surfers and beach goers and not feel totally isolated. Grabbing a cup of coffee and watching people surf became a morning routine of mine. Overall the house was great. The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious, and they have a beach closet with various items to help you have fun at the beach. Lastly, the owners were great and made my experience that much more special. They were easy to reach and we communicated regularly during my stay. They recommended so many great places to visit. I really enjoyed every place I got to visit. Give this place a try, you’ll be thankful you did :)

A beautiful house and phenomenal ocean views

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house finishes were thoughtful and clean and you can tell the owners thought of everything a visitor could want. The unobstructed views of the ocean were incredible. We appreciated the clear communication and quick responses by the owners.
