This 3BR, 1.5BA cottage is sure to offer you a relaxing and peaceful stay. 10 minute walk to the beach at Avalon Pier, conveniently located within a mile of Wawa, Target, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Fantastic place to stay for the price! Clean and came with a bunch of things you need for a beach stay. Close walk to the sound and walkable distance to the beach. Nice & quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute little spot. Pretty close to the beach. The hosts had left a variety of granola bars and snacks, which was a nice touch. Check in and check out was very easy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great home away from home.

Overall great stay! Close drive or 15 minute walk to the beach. Excellent place to watch the sunset right down the street. It was exactly what we were expecting.

Lovely Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this property for an extended holiday weekend. It was exactly as described, and we had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was good for seeing all of the things we wanted to see. The host responded quickly to our inquiries, and the home was clean and well maintained. It was one of the best appointed rentals we've stayed at. We would stay here again!

Great long weekend vacay

We rented this cute home for a long weekend. It was ideal location because we were near the beach on one side and the public access docks for boating/fishing on Kitty Hawk bay just down the street. We had all amenities and the home was close to local businesses, restaurants and stores. Very clean, and just adorable. We had a great stay.

Peaceful in OBX

The property was clean and well-cared for, and had all the amenities needed…even some bonuses like beach chairs and boogie boards. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and people were friendly. There was a screened-in back porch and a small bbq in a decent-sized backyard.The beach is a very short car ride away. A really nice place for a getaway 😉

Cute little cottage

We were very comfortable in the cottage. There was three rooms which was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space for everybody. We had everything that we needed. The air conditioning was lovely. Parking was great. Loved the food basket, thank you! No complaints!

Delightful stay in a gorgeous cottage !

If you’re looking for your own place that’s not on the renovated ground floor of someone else’s house, this is your spot ! Asides from being tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, the cottage is very much home-from-home with everything you need from cooking to washing clothes to relaxed entertainment. Tisha is straight-forward and a joy to deal with during the rental process. Highly recommend !

Kitchen could have been better (more pots & pans) We had to go out and purchase a large pan. There were no glass baking dishes, everything was plastic. No outside shower, nor fish cleaning station. I had to clean fish outside in front of the cottage in the driveway.

We also don’t list an outdoor shower or fish-cleaning station among our amenities, so we’re sorry if there was any confusion regarding that. Had you reached out during your stay with these concerns, we would’ve been more than happy to point out where the glass baking dishes and additional cookware are stored and assist with anything else you needed to make your stay more comfortable. Perfect for a family… location was perfect… house comes with everything except food so you don’t have to pack a lot.. I left a power strip behind tv for a Xbox or something it only had to plugs when we got there. But was perfect for us

Short getaway

We were able to get this place as a last minute getaway. We were unsure what to expect since it was recently bought and partially renovated within two months from our stay. We where surprised by the work they accomplished in such a short time to make it have a beach vibe. If we where to have to choose again we would. It is a short 3 min drive to the beach. We go all day so we had to drive to take all our beach things. Like the site says they have just about everything. From beach towels ( we didn’t need) bath towels, to pots and pans ,shampoo ,dish soap and bottle water. My son loved the granola bars, nice touch 😁
