Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place! Charming two bedroom with large side deck & back yard with fire pit!! Located in a safe & quiet neighborhood with lots of families & friendly neighbors! Bring your own or rent bikes to ride the 6 mile bike path starting only 2 blocks away! The multi-use path runs along Kitty Hawk Bay, where you can see gorgeous water & sunset views, & stretches all the way to the Wright Memorial National Park & 1 mile to the Atlantic Ocean!
The space
Walk up a handful of stairs to your front door that leads into the vaulted ceiling, open concept kitchen/dining/living room!
Slider door off living room leads onto large side deck without outdoor couch and additional bar-top seating!
Two bedrooms with ceiling fans and blackout curtains in each. Full bath with roomy tiled shower.
Stackable washer and dryer easily accessible to guest!!
Nearby are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, mini-golf and much more!
Guest access
Guest has access to all areas of home with the exception of locked owners closet and shed.

Your reservation comes with discounts to local businesses!
There are external cameras at the property for security purposes and guest safety.

I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise & Health Promotion at Virginia Tech & put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting! I CoHost multiple spaces in locations throughout the United States and as a Professional Referrer of hosting I take great joy in teaching folks how to start their own business hosting by themselves or with assistance.
