Welcome to your spacious studio directly on the Piscataqua River in downtown Portsmouth New Hampshire. This lovely abode is just a 5 minute walk to all of Portsmouth's shops and restaurants and a stones throw from the best roof-top restaurant and taco bar in town. This relaxing condo offers a queen bed with 600 thread-count sheets, one full bath, a vibrant dining area, a large screen TV with full WIFI and ROKU access, and a casual contemporary ambiance to make you feel right at home.All of the windows in this unit open up to lovely water views overlooking the Piscataqua River, and allow for wonderful sea breezes all summer long. House trained four-legged friends are always welcome.
Guests will have smart code access to their unit, however I’m always available for questions or recommendations

Nice Week in Portsmouth

The place was roomier than expected and well stocked. Loved watching the tide come and go, and everything was in walking distance but not in a high traffic area.

The Tide House is such a beautiful and convenient place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Portsmouth! Only a short walk away from all the shops and restaurants the town has to offer. Watching the tide go in and out from the window was so fun! The entire space is very clean and well decorated, a pleasant place to stay all around!

Great spot in Portsmouth

This cozy, centrally located apartment was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the natural light and proximity to cafes, bookstores, etc. Would absolutely recommend!

My wife and I (along with our 2 year old lab) enjoyed a great long weekend stay in Portsmouth at this property…The place was very spacious and was in a great location (walking distance to everything).

Great location, amazing studio

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was just a quick walk over to the downtown area and very easy to drive to the grocery store or other shopping area. The home was very clean and very well equipped. We tried out a few of the restaurant recommendations (Massimo's, The Works Cafe, and Birio) from the binder in the house and were very pleased. We would absolutely stay here again if/when we visit Portsmouth again!

The Best Little Getaway There Is!

We fell in love with the pictures on line, but honestly, they don't do this little studio justice. It's filled with light, character and charm. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the space is chock-full of thoughtful amenities. We loved our stay (so did our four-legged friends!) and can't wait to come back!

Property was great, loved watching the changing of the tide. Clean, close distance to center of town. Walkable to stores and restaurants. There was a mix up with check in codes to get into place but Jessica responded quickly and problem was solved!

Lovely studio and well appointed. The bridge is not open to vehicle traffic so this made the location more quiet than perhaps when open. Our GPS or Waze app did not pick up on bridge closure so we drove around a bit upon arrival to Portsmouth.

Perfect in Portsmouth!

This studio was perfect for two people and our dog. The weather was cruddy, but that didn't stop us from walking to most spots and enjoying the food, drinks and history of Portsmouth. The unit was spotless and perfect size! Definitely recommend a stay here if you are visiting the city. It was a short walk to all the action and a great view of the river. The outside won't impress you on first impression, but the inside will, as will the location!!!

The property is well appointed and in very good condition. It lacks any outdoor seating. Adjacent to a major 2-lane street into the city but located 3 blocks walking distance to the western edge of the business district. All parking in downtown Portsmouth is metered.
