Thanks Darryl for a wonderful stay! Your apartment was so centrally located that we were able to walk everywhere, even on a very cold evening. The parking spot made for a major convenience, however, it was a tight fit for us. SUVs are better off unloading at the front door on Daniel and then parking in the back. We would love to spend another Christmastime visit here and enjoy Portsmouth’s holiday festivities Thank you for your wonderful apartment and timely communication!!

This place is awesome! Everything seems brand new, very clean, well decorated, and a very comfy bed! It's in a great location too - you can walk everywhere, such a cute town! The only thing I found frustrating was the check in and maybe it's because I arrived when it was dark, but I could not find an address number on the house. Then getting to the alley, to find the parking spot, was very challenging..again, it was dark and not many lights were on so that added to the confusion. The parking spot is SMALL, thankfully my rental car was tiny. The code would not work on the back door and the walkway to get the front was pitch black, no lights came on. When I finally got inside the building, the hallway lights did not come on either - thank goodness for cell phone lights. Once I got in, everything was great.

Location can't be beat! Highly recommend

I have stayed at a lot of rentals and this is definitely the best appointed one. It had everything from beautiful kitchen dishes/pans, cooking basics, keurig coffee creamer sugar milk frother. It is modern and makes great use of the space. We were two friends and I slept on the sofa - I didn't even need to pull out the sleeper because the sofa is so comfortable. The best part is the location - right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. We parked when we arrived (note it's a tight spot!) and never use the car again until we departed. It's close walking distance to great restaurants, shops, activities (bike rental, escape room, pub trivia, harbor). Daryl is a great, communicative host. Would definitely stay here again!

Ou accommodation was beautiful! Very clean! Everything you need. We walked everywhere. So convenient! Portsmouth is a very safe town. Private parking! We highly recommend!

Amazing weekend

The place was even better than pictured. Extremely clean and excellent location. The private parking for one vehicle made it even better. Darryl was also great and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
