3 Bedroom 3 full bathroom directly on the beach!!!! Great location with beach access and walking distance to many restaurants! WE HAVE A 10 YEAR HISTORY OF 5 STAR REVIEWS! We do have direct BEACH ACCESS. 3 bedrooms with each private bathrooms make this the perfect family beach getaway! This unit has brand new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Look no further than Daytona Beach Shores for a perfect view and relaxing vacation. Sleeps 8 people comfortably with great living room and dining room ocean views. This place has 2 balconies and ocean views from both. It also has a front balcony with river views. Can be booked for 4-5 nights or longer! Brand new dining room table seats 8 and new paint throughout make this place look brand new! There is a club room with tables and chairs that can be reserved for your stay if you need a gathering room off the pool. Game room and fitness room are part of the amenities in the building. Beach front property with ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! Sliding doors open to balcony from living room and master bedroom! Newer beach decor throughout condo. Come enjoy a night or a month in our beautiful condo! Swimming pool, shuffle board and white sand only footsteps from the ocean. Tennis courts, game room and barbecue grill on site. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards are available for use. Floor to ceiling views from living room and master bedroom. Premium wireless and cable TVs throughout. Negotiable with off season!

My family and I loved our stay. The hosts were responsive to any questions and literally everything we needed was in the unit down to the dishwashing liquid. 10/10 would stay again.

This place was amazing! The owners are very responsive and super easy to work with! Awesome location, super close to beach was great for 7 month old grandaughter and young adults to enjoy.

Heavenly! Just book it!

This place is beautiful! All the windows with the beach view you can get lost in for days. We booked this place for our 2 children with their children. It’s a trip we take every year to different areas.There was plenty of space for us all. The layout was wonderful. It was well stocked. If you forgot it at home, they had it. We stayed during construction so there was of course building materials around. The pool was closed because they are working above it, very understandable. The elevator we heard of the speaker had a problem. With all that my family never noticed. No one asked for the pool. They never attempted to use the elevator. The room is located at the stairs. Very easy access to beach or even your vehicle. Very clean and inviting place to book. I don’t have any complaints except the 5 nights we stayed was not long enough. Book it and enjoy it.

Beautiful place to stay

Very roomy condo. We had 5 people and each had their own space. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room and dining room had enough space for everyone. All in all, the condo was absolutely beautiful.

No beach access from rental.

A beautiful rental and very clean. The only issue I had was that there is no beach access from the rental unit due to the construction. The description said the pool is closed but does not state no beach access. The beach access next to the condo is under construction so you must walk about a block to access the other beach entrance or pay 33.00 to drive and park on the beach.

West coast to East coast pivot

Had to make a last minute change to our travel plans due to a hurricane impacting the west coast. We found this beautiful condo and couldn’t have been happier. The sunrise and beach view are incredible. They are doing some construction as expected but it didn’t impact our trip at all. The pool was closed and the owners told us Immediately so if your looking for amazing views and beach it’s perfect.

A stunning condo and an ideal location made our stay truly unforgettable. Every moment was pure bliss. The hosts' exceptional hospitality added to our joy. This family trip was a precious opportunity to bond before a bittersweet milestone. Savoring sunrise moments on the balcony and witnessing a super moon rise on the beach left us in awe. The hosts' thoughtful provisions, including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, made our stay even more special. We can't wait to return!

Fix up a Few Things

There were just a few minor things that need addressing. The patio door did not lock, the faucet in the kitchen could use repair, outlets could be replaced plugs did not stay in and refrigerator door was off balance. We had a hard time finding parking as our van did not clear the door. We had a wonderful time with the vast amount of toys in condo and the pool was a treat. Overall condo was a great place to stay.

Wonderful week

The view is awesome. We had everything we needed and condo was very clean. Second floor unit so we just used the stairs to get to our condo conveniently. Garage was nice when parking lot was full. We had the best weather you could ask for. Thankful for a wonderful family vacation.

We Love This Condo!

We have stayed here for years! It never disappoints. The new flooring and updates are amazing. Beautiful ocean views from every window and easy beach access. The owners were extremely responsive to all messages.

Perfect location for family vacation

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. All you need is your suit and flipflops. We did one shopping trip at the Publix that that was close by and never left the condo for 4 days. The hosts provided beach chairs and beach towels and sand toys for the kids. We will definitely stay there again if it is available.

Didn't want to leave!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This place had everything we needed and some things we didnt think we'd need. It was clean, well maintained, had up-to-date appliances, and amazing views of the beach! It felt so roomy and my daughter's loved having their own bathroom. We really enjoyed having our own parking space in the garage as well. We didnt have any issues but when I needed to ask a question of the owners they were very quick to respond. They even let us know the room was availabe several hours before check-in. There was some construction work in adding a pool but we knew about that in advance and it didnt seem to last very long throughout the day. We look forward to returning when the pool has been completed. Overall it was an excellent stay, with amazing views, and we couldn't be happier!

Everything And More!

This trip was supposed to be for continuing education, and I truly enjoy learning. But with staying here on the beach in this beautiful condo, I can’t help but say I had so much more pleasantry in my downtime!! I absolutely plan to bring my family back to visit this area and will certainly call to stay in this condo again. It is clean and spacious, with lovely furnishings. All of the kitchen necessities are available. Bathrooms to accompany each bedroom…who doesn’t appreciate such accommodations!? The hosts went above and beyond to be sure any who stay here will be well taken care of. Thank you so very much! I look forward to returning!

Beachfront getaway

Our family enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful beachfront condo. Looks just as it does in the pictures. Owners were great. There was an issue with AC , they were very responsive and were able to get it repaired within 24 hours. The pool was closed due to storm damage, but we were so close to the beach the kids were ok without it. Linens and towels provided as well as some chairs and umbrella for the beach. I left wishing I could stay longer.
