Come stay at Windy Shores where the family can create memories along with soaking up the sun. The home offers an open floor plan where all the family can enjoy quality time while engaging in different activities. It is located in the gated community of Oceanside Village. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house that sleeps up to nine with private access to the beach that includes parking. The master bath shower and guest bathroom is handicap accessible. One of the guest bedrooms has a fort for the kids to play. It has an open main living, kitchen space, reading area, and dining room. It has a sun room with seating and two pull out sofas. The living area houses a 55'' TV and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities: a coffee maker, mixer, food processor, pots, pan, mixing bowls, baking dishes lots more. The sun room includes a small office area with a desk for a computer or quiet time for the kids. All the bedrooms have TVs. Fresh linens are provided for your convenience. A golf cart along with beach chairs and beach toys are provided. There is a 22” Blackstone grill for all your outdoor grilling needs. An outdoor shower can be used as a third shower with a tankless water heater. Oceanside Village amenities include two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a splash pad, hot tub, gym, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, and much more. Come relax and enjoy your vacation at Windy Shores!

The house was very spacious. There were 7 of us staying there and it was comfortable and convenient to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. We loved being able to use the golf carts to go to the beach, it made it so easy. We would definitely consider staying at the house again.

This beautiful home was perfect for our week at the beach! There is plenty of space for nine people to sleep, eat, and relax after a long day at the beach. It also had plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows. The golf carts and beach chairs were also very useful for our group. The property was also very beautiful at night and there was space to park two SUVs comfortably.

I am so glad I booked this stay. The Property Owner was so helpful and very responsive. It was a great week with family from MB, us from MD and then my brother all the way from Japan. House is very spacious with everything you will need to make your stay a great stay.

We love Oceanside Village. The house was nice. Everything was as listed. House was clean. Poperty owner answered all of my questions almost immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

Disappointed at first because the house was not up to standards on cleaning, but spoke with the owner who graciously compensated us for cleaning. This was a cleaning crew issue and was not the owners fault . Great place to stay with everything you will need. Hope to stay again in the future.

Family vacation

Wonderful home!! Comfortable bedding in all the bedrooms. Kitchen has many essentials needed for cooking for a big family. Couch bed mattress is a typical mattress(nothing plush) probably better suited for children. Golf cart is absolutely wonderful!! Very roomy home- nice bathrooms as well!! Owner is very nice and helpful.

Close to the beach with good value

Clean house with everything we needed. Golf cart was perfect for loading up for the beach everyday and cruises at night with the kiddos through the private community. Grocery store and gas station within walking distance of the entrance. Only gripe was the indoor pool was closed for construction (not mentioned) and the outdoor pool closes for any chance of weather leaving us stuck inside a few hours one day.

Spacious and comfortable

This is a great location— while not at the beach front, it is so easy to access the beach from the location. Owner provides a golf cart for your use and there is private beach parking right by the Conche Cafe! Unit is spacious, with lots of comfy places to sit, and relax, and a large kitchen, bar seating and dining table. Would recommend that you get 2 key cards to access the complex and beach parking if your group is going in different directions (we had group going to beach and others going out to play golf). Everyone in the group agreed that we would stay here again!

Filthy, lacked amenities, and not as described

The location seemed to be decent. It's unfortunate the host declibed to clean the property after the previous guests, however, and I found their belongings in the property, heavily soiled towels and bedding, ibcluding dark streaks and lots of tiny curly hair in the bedding, sticky floors, and dirty dishes. I contacted the host directly and through VRBO, but they did not respond. No soap or cleanin solution is provided, so nothing could be remedied. There is no hot tub, and only two bedrooms. The livingroom is open to the house so i wouldn't count on that. Checkin worked even for a long delayed flight, which was a great first impression. Unfortunately, with a nonresponsive host to request the appropriate cleaning, the premises were too unsanitary to remain in for even one night. Highly recommend others avoid and find a clean spot.

Sarah’s review is so far from the truth. When I left my place on the 20th, the place was left cleaned by me just as the pictures you see. No one had been in my place since I left the week before. First of all, Sarah reached out to VRBO to cancel her booking after receiving all the information to the house. Then she reached out to her credit card company for a reimbursement, but stayed in my house the days that she booked. She did leave the house in order. She is a little upset with me because I sent her the pictures of an online order that was delivered to my house with her name on the receipt and also additional pictures. I hope I never go through this again. A host/owner always rates their guest before the guest rates the host/ owner. The only reason I rated Sarah was to let others know that I would not rent to her again because of her trying to scam VRBO and me. Also, I have placed her on the “no rent” list for all the owners of Oceanside Village.

Nice place!

Clean, updated, and looks just like photos! Golf cart was a great perk. Only thing we missed was not having cable TV, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay! Also for anyone who is wondering, the room with the two twin beds is only accessible from the room with the king bed. Not a problem for us, but it did make bathroom trips for our kids more eventful as they had to go up the stairs, go past our bed (the king) and then go into the hallway to the bathroom. The other bathroom is inside the room with the queen mattress.
