Beach House with a lake.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath has the benefit of having 2 vacations in one. In the morning you can have coffee at the lake, off the backyard and be on the beach later that day taking your golf cart to the private beach parking and access. Amenities are numerous included but not limited to 2 outdoor pools, kids water playland, and one indoor pool(open all year round). Every Wednesday during the summer Oceanside Village has a free Ice Cream Social at the pools. Fridays during season OSV put out the BBQ grill and cooks hot dogs and cheeseburger, $5 for a dog or hamburger chips and a drink. Tuesday nights are movie night in the activity center. Other amenities are , Boccie Ball courts, basketball courts, Shuffleboard courts, pickle ball court, tennis courts, Come and enjoy the beach, lake, restaurants, great golf courses, outlet shopping.

Birding vacation

Had a great time visiting Huntington Beach and BrookGreen gardens, and the Marsh walks. We also enjoyed the pools at OSV.

Overall we loved our stay. Very nice golf cart community. Only complaint we had was the primary bed was horribly uncomfortable.

Cozy cottage on lake

We loved our stay at this cozy cottage! Plenty of room to relax. Home has a stocked kitchen, nice sunroom and screened porch and patio. The golf cart was great to ride to the beach. I highly recommend!

Great clean property

We stayed on on vacation for 2 weeks at this property recently. It was very clean clean. The owner was very accommodating and communicated very quickly. We really enjoyed being directly on the lake and watching the geece, ducks and swans. The golf cart was really nice to be able to travel around the community, to the private beach and pool. We cant wait to return again.

Cozy cottage

The property was a cozy cottage. Just perfect for my mom and my getaway! Our favorite place was the screened in porch where we enjoyed our coffee, breakfast, and our evening wine and tea! Listening to the water fountain was a treat. Even though it rained we were able to enjoy sitting on the screened in porch listening to the sounds of nature! The golf cart was a great perk too! Thank you Carolyn and Bill for letting us enjoy your home!

We stayed 6 weeks, and plan on staying again next year. We loved having a golf cart to go to the indoor pool, beach and other homes in the development. Beach walks and indoor pool were daily trips. Watching the geese, turtles and mallards on the pond were fun. Nice gated community! Janet and Kevin responded quickly to any questions we had.

Cozy Beach House

We had a great time staying here for Spring Break. The property appeared as the listing suggested. We were able to bring our dogs with us and they loved visiting as well. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The golf cart made getting to and from the beach easy! We would stay again!

Long Weekend Getaway

House was lovely, comfortable and very clean. Nice waterway and watching the wildlife from the backyard patio was really nice. I would recommend double checking about cable service, it was disconnected or suspended so unfortunately we had no tv for our stay, had we know we would have taken our firestix, other than that it was a wonderful place.
