The Neighborhood:

The Signature is MGM Grand's all-suite, non-gaming condo-hotel, just off the Strip on Harmon Ave. A covered walkway connects to the MGM Grand casino, restaurants, shows and pool complex. T-Mobile Arena, Park MGM and New York-New York are a short walk, and the Sphere and the center Strip are a quick ride away.



Getting Around:

Harry Reid International Airport is about a 10-15 minute drive. The MGM Grand stop on the Las Vegas Monorail is a short walk through MGM Grand, and rideshare pickup is at The Signature entrance. Valet parking is complimentary (subject to availability), with free self-parking at the MGM Grand garage as a backup.



Other Things to Note:

* No additional taxes or resort fees

* The Signature will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out.

* Paid early check-in and late check-out are offered when your suite is free the night before or after your stay. We'll message you the day before with options. Otherwise, the front desk is happy to hold your luggage.

* Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included but is available on demand for a price.

* The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies.

* We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes.

* You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in works like a hotel: you'll get your key at The Signature front desk. This is a privately owned condo, so we handle everything for your suite. Just message us through the app with anything you need.

• Bring a physical credit or debit card for incidentals (spa, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage. With a debit card, the front desk holds $100 per night, up to $300 per suite, and releases it after check-out.

• At least one guest 21 or older must be on the reservation, or the front desk can't issue keys.

• The front desk is open 24/7 for urgent issues.
