Beautiful New 3 Bedroom Townhouse w/ Private Pool

This townhome is 1800 square foot, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. Attached garage has room for one vehicle while also housing the accessories that you will need to enjoy the beach including umbrella, beach wagon, chairs, sand toys, kites, spike ball, volleyball, beach balls, cornhole etc. Primary bedroom is spacious with King bed and 58" smart TV. Guest room 2 has full over full bunk beds and a twin bed and 40" smart TV. Guest room 3 has queen size bed with 40" smart TV. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite meals and oven has an air fryer option. The living room is cozy and has plenty of plush throw blankets to snuggle up with for movie nights. The electric fireplace will warm the room or on warm days turn the heat off and enjoy the ambiance of the light show. The backyard is wrapped in plush turf lawn, plunge pool and a gas grill.

Had a small issue with ants on the second night. There wa ant spray available under the kitchen counter. We were able to spray them and solve for the rest of the evening. But they returned the following evening and we had to spray again. Small inconvenience. Overall the property was great. The family enjoyed the pool amd all the available amenities included with the property. The location to the coast was great, easy travel to all the local eateries and tourist sites. Overall it was an enjoyabke stay would recommend for another stay.

Summer Get Away

My family and I had an excellent, relaxing family gathering. There were 6 adults that stayed at the property. It was in excellent condition, in fact beautiful. We took walks in the morning at the park across the street. There were restaurants and grocery stores nearby.The instructions provided and communications were timely and appreciated. We would definitely stay again. They were excellent hosts.

Great Stay

The home was really nice, conveniently stocked and just minutes from the beach. The kids lived the pool also in the backyard too. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Great and convenient place to stay!

Plenty of space for our group... loved the little pool in the back as it wa the perfect place to hangout and bbq. So many items for the beach, and games for kiddos.

The property was great! A fully stocked kitchen.Three bedrooms,three baths,a garage full of Beach Accessories,and a small Pool in backyard.Located in a beautiful neighborhood, near Beaches,Restaurants, and Grocery Stores.We had a Great Time and hope in the future to visit again.

Perfect!!

Myself, husband and our adult daughters (20 & 23) enjoyed a week long stay in this beautiful home. Everything was as described on the listing. The home is well equipped with all the things you could possibly need. Plenty of linens, toiletries, and cleaning items to get you through your stay. There is even a cabinet full of spices as well. The pool is a small plunge pool but perfect to just float around in and catch a tan. The only thing that would have made this stay better would have been a golf cart so you don’t have to drive your vehicle to the beach and it come back smelling like a dead fish (ask me how I know). All in all we had a wonderful time and the owner gave us a great list of restaurants and beaches to try and they were all fantastic. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Very nice home and neighborhood!

This place really stood out during our search for a weekend getaway to Padre Island based on the photos and the home exceeded our expectation. Very clean and spacious with a great layout. Excellent kitchen with great line of sight to living and dining space. Master suite was very spacious too with nice master bath. Host was easy to work with as well. Overall great home and would definitely book again on our next trip.

Great getaway

The owners were very easy to work with and the townhouse is in a convenient location. It was clean and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely recommend a stay for a few days or the winter as we did.

Get Away

Overall great home, spacious and clean. Pool was tiny but cute. The only complaint was regulating the AC. The house was cool and comfortable other than in the master bedroom, it was freezing both nights. We just used blankets lol. I’d most definitely stay again.

Excellent vibe!

Checkin was seamless, home very clean, modern and well stocked with necessities, way more than I anticipated. Great neighborhood close to the best beaches on the gulf. I will definitely stay again.
