Bring your boat and cruise down the canal to the ocean for a day of fun. Come back to your private pool and hot tub. This centrally located Cape Coral home is near shopping, restaurants, and entertaining. You are 10-15 minutes to the yacht club. 15 minutes to pine island or the beach. The home has a formal living room and dining room. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped. The informal kitchen table seats six. The family room off the kitchen has a 70" flat screen smart tv with cable and Bose surround sound. The master bedroom has a king bed, 40" flat screen tv and large attached bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have queen beds with attached baths, one has a smart tv. The pool and spa are saltwater and solar heated with a southern exposure. There is a cage surrounding the pool. The lanai is covered with a table and chairs, BBQ grill overlooking the canal. Full laundry available. Fish off the dock we have rods and tackle box. There are 2 kayaks with life vests as well as 2 bicycles with helmets. We provide a $40 per week electric credit. Any usage over that will be deducted from your deposit. The average is $30-100 per week.

Second time we've rented this house during the Christmas holidays, and this year our host went above and beyond by putting up a tree (so we didn't have to bring one) and putting up outdoor lights to add to the festiveness!We love the house, the amenities, the location, and will rent again in the future! One of the best!

We loved our stay here. Just two of is, but we had plenty room for visiting guests. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds and baths were all wonderful. Just wish I could have packed up that MBR suite and taken it home in my suitcase. My favorite part was the pool. Spent many hours out there!

Very nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in Cape Coral. Hated leaving.

Renting and checking in is a breeze. Glen is a great host that returns any messages sent within a couple hours.

Home away from home

Property was move in ready. Well-equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the pool area to the laundry room. Everything we needed to feel at home. Comfortable beds and furniture, including poolside.

Didn't Want to Leave

This home was so comfortable! It was "home" from the time we checked in and we hated to leave. It was very clean and had everything we could want for a month long stay. Pictures don't really do it justice. The pool was amazing! Would definitely recommend this home and plan to be back.

Month of January

Glen is a great host very easy going and quick to respond to questions. This our second month long stay and we love this place. It is a clean wonderful home. With a very nice screened pool - lanai area, and a sitting area down on the canal. Hope to be back next year.

Was as good as last year. Noticed this morning sprinkler between hot tub and canal was leaking and pouring out water.

Wonderful House

We stayed for 11 nights. The house is like the listing. It was large enough for all of us to have space. Beds were comfortable. There was lots of kitchen stuff. We had a problem with the pool but Glen contacted the pool guy right away. He even checked on us after to make sure everything was working. It was hard to leave.

All The Comforts of Home!

This is a lovely property with everything you might need for a serene, relaxing vacation! (Or our semi-hectic one over Christmas, lol!) Glen was instantaneously responsive to a query about the ROKU TV. Nice neighborhood, good location! Furnishings lovely, and comfortable when you just want to chill indoors; the lanai seating was equally comfortable and we spent many evenings out there! Nice dock on the canal, some interesting iguanas (?) to view, pretty sunsets, all around great vacation home!

Fun in the Sun.

The house is gorgeous. Everything we needed was there. The weather was awesome. We did have issues with pool and hot tub but pool was fixed right away but never could get hot tub working. There is a plug on back porch that quit working and had some blinds in mater bedroom that need replaced but they didn't interfere with our trip. I think you should hire a different pool guy he didnt seem to interested in fixing hot tub or cleaning the pool. The hot tub was running but never heated over 78 degrees. We would definitely stay again if they would fix hot tub properly. Glen did not get back to us on hot tub at all. Debbie Egan
