The studio apartment is small but very up to date and comfortable inside. The kitchen is well equipped and updated. The Murphy bed was comfortable. Enjoyed overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and the close by walk to the beach. The only thing we disliked was there was no door screen on the sliding door to the balcony so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving it wide open. Also the balconies are not smoke free and when neighbors were smoking it came in through our open balcony door. Also you share your balcony with your neighbor.

W First we want to thank our guest from the wonderful review! As for the neighbors smoking , as everyone knows guests come and go in all rentals including ours and even though they should not smoke on the balcony ,many do, but I must say this is the first issue we have had reported. In regards to the balcony each unit has it's own balcony and they are not shared. The screen was there but it had been opened so far that it could not be easily seen we are working on that issue.

Florida Beach Stay

The Vrbo was easy to access. The building itself was dated but nicely renovated inside. The bathroom was nice with good water pressure for showering. The pool was large and we could dive in which was fun. I would recommend if not looking for anything “fancy.”

Perfect for those who are just needing a place to sleep. The fold down Murphy bed was VERY comfortable. Bathroom and Kitchen were very pretty, and looked very new. Did not use sofa or “living room” area

Great Beach Getaway

I had a great stay. Checkin was easy, great communication with the hosts, and location was very good. I very much enjoyed watching the dolphins swim through the canal while drinking my coffee in the morning. There is some construction happening on the first floor but they were respectful and did not work early in the morning or late in the evening. The neighbors were all very friendly as well.

Perfect for two

Property was small but perfect for the two of us. We couldn’t get the sliding door open on the front deck but sat out back along the water at the front door side. First night we could hear Manatees coming up for air and some splashing a bit. Egret birds were there to greet us in the grass and one stayed on the railing right by us. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything you would need and the refrigerator was great. Would stay again.

Fantastic find!

Looking for a small spot that is good access north or south? Try this one. The pool was amazing and the condo is nicely renovated. Great water pressure and all the amenities! We will be here for many years to come.

In this case we are sure the guest is not referring to our unit but to the common areas. Unfortunately our resort was hit with a small tornado(micro burst) a couple months ago and even though our unit was not affected there was a significant amount of work that had to be done around the property and due to that the walkways and staircases along with other common areas became dirty and not as pleasing to the eye as normal. All of the common areas are schedule for a full cleaning and overall renovation in early March 2022 thus returning the common areas to their normal 5 star condition.

Disappointed that VRBO didn’t give us info on getting access to property; but owners responded quickly just before arrival.Clearly agent didn’t keep owners current on reduction of facilities eg pool access, laundry and downstairs communal area. For some this would have been difficult.No departure info given as to checkout.time and arrangements

Cute place

Overall loved the little place. Definitely little, but was just what my friend and I needed. Especially loved having the movies to watch since red tide put a damper in our beach visit. Good location although wish there was a coffee place within walking distance, but that's just a personal preference. Lockbox on the door could use replacing, had a hard time getting it open.

We want to thank our guest for the very nice 4 star review. Beach front property is a little expensive for a coffee shop to handle HOWEVER within just a few blocks both directions there are several places to get coffee and morning treats. We have not had any complaints before about our lock box however one is enough ,so we have scheduled it to be replaced. Thanks to the guest again!

Close to beach

This was a studio apartment in a two story building between the inter-coastal and beach. Easy walk to beach access. Close to many restaurants. There is no WiFi service provided (owner mentions a rec room on premises which doesn't exist), Each apartment has their own internet. There is a large pool. Overall we had a nice stay.

First I would like to thank this guest for the four star review.! As I understand it the only issue that kept the review from being a 5 star is the missing conference/ recreation room. I can assure all future guests that there is indeed a very large conference/ recreation room with very strong WiFi and 24/7 access. Information on the location of the conference/recreational room is provided in the check in packet along with the access code and the Wi Fi access information, so I do not know how it could have been missed. At our resort like many resorts cable TV and internet service is provide at no cost via our home owners association fees. Again thanks to this guest for the nice review !

Good location and comfortable stay.

This was a good place to stay as it was centrally located between Pass-A-Grille and Clearwater. We enjoyed sitting on our "back porch" watching the birds, porpoises, and boats. Inside we had a clean room with a nice kitchen and countertop. The bed was a comfy foam bed Murphy bed. The only problem was that my 76 year old body had trouble lifting it back in to the wall! So we left it down and squeezed around it.

We want to thank our guest for the wonderful 5 star review. Our Murphy Bed is slightly heavier than normal because we had it reinforced to eliminate any squeaking. Our Murphy Bed makes no noise at all when you get in or out and the extra support makes it super comfortable!!

Beautiful Vacation Spot

This was the perfect getaway for my sister and I! The house was fully stocked and the pool felt amazing. A variety of towels, linens, and beach necessities were provided by the hosts. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. Many places are within walking distance. The beach and the FREE bird sanctuary (also an easy shortcut to the beach, if you’re walking from the condo) are both right across the street! The views from both the front and back patio are gorgeous and we even saw dolphins while sitting on the porch! I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends.

Very enjoyable stay in a great location.

This was the first time we used a VRBO and we had a very positive experience. The condo was a bit small for myself and three kids, but the location by the beach and fishing options out back made it worth it. It was a very busy area with people fishing, smoking, or playing music outside most of the time we were there, but it was nice and quiet inside. That’s just a roll of the dice based on other vacationers. My only complaint would be the oven dial had no numbers (worn off) which made an oven cooked meal not possible. The pool was closed our last day, but we enjoyed it when it was open. The owners were easy to contact and supplied the condo very nicely. We will certainly look to return to this beautiful area.

We want to thank our guest for the 5 star review and also for letting us know about the oven dial, which we will immediately take care of! The condo is clearly shown in our pictures so the size of the unit should not be a surprise to anyone! As for the outside noise , it is like that more in the summer because almost all travelers have children with them , during summer break. The other 9 months the complex is as quite as a church. Children are also the cause of any pool closures, that we have had, as was the case while these guests were there. Someone's child decided to go number 2 in the pool so regulations require the pool to be closed and treated. This has never happened except in the summer! Again we want to thank our guest for the 5 star review & hope to see them again soon!

Cute Small Scenery

We stayed here at the end of April, visiting our daughter on her birthday. The size was perfect for the 3 of us. My youngest said the futon when pulled out and the sheet over with was comfortable and she didn't want to get up!! The murphy bed was different, first time for us. It was comfortable and we slept pretty good. The scenery was perfect. The ac didn't work the first day there, but it was a simple turning it off for a little bit and turning it back on for it to kick in. The breeze though coming through from the the river and the ocean was amazing and we had all the windows open and the sliding glass door. So at night it actually got so cold we were covering up. We loved sitting outside. Overall, it was good, clean and we will stay again.

We want to thank these guests for the wonderful 5 star review!! We also want to tell all future guests that since these guests departed we have replaced the A?C unit with a brand new one and also have done some other renovations such a painting and we replaced the futon with a larger more comfortable unit.
